Property Ratings at Rosecrans
I have tried to contact this property for information for a few weeks, but to no avail. No phone call, email, nor not an answer at the residence. I'm beginning to believe that this listing is fake. Waste of time.
Do not move in here the manger Jeff is a true con artist and his wife Lisa gossips about all the tenants business.Jeff allows drug dealing and prostitution to go on. It's always fights in here. Lisa goes into people's apartments when they are home. The police is always in here. Tenants are always cussing the Manager Jeff out one tenant knocked him out. Lisa starts stuff between tenants. The place would be way better if they got new management
Management is awful. Not professinal at all the wife of the manger is sleeping with one of the tenants behind her husbands back. She tells your personal business to other tenants. She is PREGNANT BY THE MAINTENANCE MAN/TENANT BABY..... Pls save yourself a world of TROUBLE and look pass this Complex. Thank you, Ex Tenant
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT THEY HAVE A BED BUG INFESTATION GOING ON IN THIS APARTMENT. THE MANAGER AND OWNER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. ALSO BEAWARE OF THE MANAGER AND HIS WIFE THEY ARE FRAUDS AND WILL SWINDLE YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT. EVERYBODY KNOWS HOW HARD IT IS TO GET RID OF BED BUGS AND HOW EXSPENSIVE IT IS TO BUY NEW EVERYTHING SO DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE LOOKS NICE BUT ONCE YOUR IN ITS ALL OVER!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
This bulilding has it all exercise room,pool area with game room,bbq area,laudry and onsite management..but i hate it recently we had a bedbug infestation and we haven't been able to get rid of them. I have a baby so im looking for a new place.. so i pray i win free rent..
this apartment has indoor workout room , pool access. Three floors two elevators. Wash room on every floor. It's very quiet and has onsite management.
Coy fish displays, pool weight room singles and 1 bedrooms, utilities included. Management is always available
