Property Ratings at Rose Stone Apartments

Poor management
I've lived here for a little over four years, and although I moved into a quiet area, that changed with new management. Now we have drunks yelling outside windows at night, lots of stomping and slamming doors, and management hasn't done anything for two years, despite multiple complaints. The walls have no concrete in them, so you will hear everything. Look elsewhere for a quite place.

Recommend!
Just moved in last month and I love my place! This is a quiet community and I feel safe here. Office manager was so helpful to get me moved in and so far maintenance has been nothing but kind and responsive. Recommend!
