This is a wonderful place to live, all of the staff are kind
We've lived in our apartment for roughly 2-1/2 years, and were concerned when the original owners sold the building. There were some negative aspects to the new owners takeover, but recent changes have improved living here. Our apartment faces the intersection of two main roads, which increases noise, but there's nothing that can be done about that. Apartments facing inward are much quieter.
Very nice place to live, friendly staff. Wonderful community of professional people and kind very helpful.

Rosalia Winter Park is a very nice place to live. The residents are friendly, fun, and treat each other with respect. It is a clean environment.
We have lived in this apartment for almost two years. The grounds are well maintained. The maintenance team has been very quick, efficient and courteous for the few issues we have had. The management has also been very responsive and friendly the few times we have interacted. That we have needed very few interactions I think is as important as how well those few occasions have gone.
Rosalia is a great place to live. Amenities are excellent. Staff is very friendly. Stores, theatres, churches and museums are very close.
This is a great place to live for 55 seniors. It is close to everything you need: grocery shopping, drugstores, restaurants and coffee shops. The management staff is very considerate and the complex sparkles.
I love Rosalia Winter Park because it is conviently located near all the services I rely on AND the management is responsive to needed repairs and requests. It is kept very clean and is a beautiful environment.
Too little space in apartment for high price. And there should be no increase.
Rosalia Winter Park has many different activities so everyone can find things that interest them.
We do not recommend any places to live but we enjoy the location and facilities at Rosalia.
Rosalia Winter Park is a beautiful community with a lot of amenities. Very quiet peaceful it’s like resort living, friendly atmosphere. The 55 plus apartment community is a well thought opportunity for folks our age to enjoy. I am very grateful and happy to be living in a community like this. My granddaughters call it Abu’s hotel. They love it too! Thank you!
This is a wonderful place for 55 residents. The staff are not only friendly but efficient. My 2 bedroom is all the space I need. The closets are surprisingly large which I found very helpful as I'm still downsizing and one day will open those boxes.
This is a wonderful community. Ideally located with shops, restaurants, churches, theatres and museums nearby. Very friendly residents. The amenities are great and the apartments are "deluxe".
This place is quiet and clean all the time my neighbors are considerate, and the amenities are up to par. The staff are professional and friendly and work very hard to make sure that we are always comfortable. Riley is the activities director and she has outdone herself in bringing smiles to this community of caring and lovely people. Thank you
Great apartments made & managed by Epoch, now that it was sold, awful management company has taken over.
Firstly, for the square footage allowed, the units are pretty pricey. However, mgmt continues to provide activities for our residents, Our neighbors are, by and large, very pleasant; our outside area is lovely; our proximity to shops, restaurants, Cvs and Publix is excellent AND because it’s still a bit too early to tell given growing pains in terms of management absences, it’s a wait and see as to how well they will perform at this point.
Rosalia Winter Park,the great staff makes us feel at home,all of them. The great also friendly maintenance is always spot on, efficient,caring and attentive. We love Rosalia Winter Park! The residents ate very receptive and very friendly too!
My wife and I have been here for over two years. We moved from a house to our apartment and couldn't be happy. The amenities are excellent from the fitness center to the media room and general areas. There are great and shops near by.
So far so good, I like the warm friendly environment.
