We've lived in our apartment for roughly 2-1/2 years, and were concerned when the original owners sold the building. There were some negative aspects to the new owners takeover, but recent changes have improved living here. Our apartment faces the intersection of two main roads, which increases noise, but there's nothing that can be done about that. Apartments facing inward are much quieter.

We have lived in this apartment for almost two years. The grounds are well maintained. The maintenance team has been very quick, efficient and courteous for the few issues we have had. The management has also been very responsive and friendly the few times we have interacted. That we have needed very few interactions I think is as important as how well those few occasions have gone.

This is a wonderful place for 55 residents. The staff are not only friendly but efficient. My 2 bedroom is all the space I need. The closets are surprisingly large which I found very helpful as I'm still downsizing and one day will open those boxes.

While Rosalia is now under new management, we’ve taken steps to address early challenges and are committed to maintaining the high standards residents have come to expect. Firstly, for the square footage allowed, the units are pretty pricey. However, mgmt continues to provide activities for our residents, Our neighbors are, by and large, very pleasant; our outside area is lovely; our proximity to shops, restaurants, Cvs and Publix is excellent AND because it’s still a bit too early to tell given growing pains in terms of management absences, it’s a wait and see as to how well they will perform at this point.
