We have been living at The Roots at Boerne for 3 years now. The community is quiet at night, the people around are friendly and love to talk, the management ladies in the office is so pleasant to be around and will help anyone out and also the office has events for the community that is fun to attend. It has always felt like home.

The Roots have been a great experience for me thus far. The pool is extremely nice and the management team accommodating. The apartment itself is quite luxurious and any issues that have popped up were resolved by maintenance almost immediately after being brought up. I appreciate the effort put in to fix what was needed upon my move in. They made the whole experience run smoothly and have been extremely professional and helpful.

I’m very happy I chose The Roots over other complexes I toured in Boerne. The private yard for my dog is awesome since I am not able to take her to the on-site dog park as often as I’d like. The apartment itself is a great size with higher end finishes. I live the security of the gated community and the walkability of the complex. It feels like home.

I’ve previously lived at different apartment complexes in the Boerne and San Antonio area. The Roots in Boerne by far has been the most pleasant. Living at The Roots has been great, I moved into my apartment two years ago and after getting married, my husband moved in with me. Both in living alone and as a couple, the apartment has been a delightful home. The well-designed layout makes for a comfortable space with convenient amenities. The grounds are beautiful (I signed up sight-unseen and was drawn by all the oak trees from the pictures), community friendly, commute easy, and management is on top of it. 10/10 would recommend!

I have lived at The Roots at Boerne for awhile. It is so peaceful. The management is exceptional and very driven to maintain the property. Maintenance gets tasks done quickly and are very knowledgeable. I love that my dogs have dog parks and a place for me to bathe them.

We have been here at The Roots since April 2022. The management team in the office is amazing and professional. The maintenance guys go above and beyond for everyone in the community and gets the jobs done in a timely manner. The guys are very friendly. Being here has been great for my family and the environment is a place to call home.

The Roots at Boerne is a fabulous place to live. I give it the highest rating possible in all aspects for the management team, and maintenance team. We love the spacious apartment and the design. It's very functional. The Roots at Boerne provides a very comfortable lifestyle. It's pet friendly as well. Many areas to walk your pet and two gated doggy play areas specific to large and small dogs.

I enjoy living at the Roots because it is safe and close to grocery stores, restaurants, convenient store, and schools. It is also fast to get on I10 interstate to go to the Rim and San Antonio.

The staff , starting from the top Supervisor n all the way to main stance team are excellent in appearance, mannerism, speedily caring for our needs n informing the residents of any changes or occurrences that reflects our needs or need to know information. The management ladies at the office are amazing and they do anything to help others out. We have the best maintenance guys and they keep everything looking clean and enjoyable to look at (the pool area). It is a great place to call home.

The Roots at Boerne is a very nice place to live. The apartments are very well maintained and turnaround time on any request is great. Love the service we have been provided at the front desk too. This young lady makes us feel we are always a priority when we have asked questions or made specific requests.

The Roots is a FANTASTIC family community. The grounds are well kept and any issues on the property, are addressed, in a very timely manner. The ENTIRE staff at The Roots, is also FANTASTIC. I would highly reccomend this community, for your family living.
