The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Rolling Meadows
Rolling Meadows has been home for our family for over a year, and we couldn’t be happier. The property manager and maintenance team truly feel like family- always responsive, supportive, and willing to help with anything we need. We’ve had a few different neighbors during our time here, and every one of them has been wonderful. There’s a great sense of community, with kids playing outside and neighbors waving. My children love being within walking distance of downtown, where they can grab food, go play basketball at the courts, or meet up with friends. Even though we live in an interior unit, it’s incredibly quiet at all hours of the day. Overall, Rolling Meadows has exceeded our expectations, and we’re grateful to call it home.
Beautiful townhomes in a beautiful setting! Management is top notch and the grounds are really well-maintained. Love the area as well, very bucolic and peaceful. Very happy with my decision to move here!
There is a lot to like at Rolling Meadows. I live in the La Samana area of Rolling Meadows. Initially, I lived at a townhouse in Rolling Meadows and moved to La Samana when a house was available. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan throughout the first floor and many extra comforts I enjoy. The kitchen is very functional with a gas stove, extended peninsula for additional storage and counter seating, granite counter tops and stone tile flooring. It flows nicely into both the dining room and family room. Both rooms, as well as the first-floor office, have hard wood floors. The family room has a gas fireplace and a private patio can be accessed from the dining room. The house has 3 carpeted bedrooms upstairs with a spacious cedar walk-in closet and Jacuzzi style spa in the master bedroom. There is also a mud room when entering from the 2 car garage and a large basement for storage. The landscaping is very well thought out and maintained. The neighbors are nice and the area is quiet. This has been a great place to live.
We have really enjoyed our stay at Rolling Meadows! We were lucky enough to secure a garage unit last minute when our housing fell through. 3 floor living offers plenty of space and storage with in-unit laundry. Sliders lead to decks off the dining room and master bedroom - and ours opened up to the serene sound of a babbling brook! The complex is friendly and quiet. It's amazing that it is a pet friendly facility, yet we never hear any dogs barking or have to avoid any yard bombs! The maintenance crew is amazing! The complex is always neat and clean, they were on top of snow removal, and they were quick to respond to a clogged sink when we first moved in.
They won't return your calls or emails, we've tried for weeks to get a hold of the manager during business hours through phone and email. We just get ghosted. Not a great way to do business.
My unit was completely renovated before I moved in last year. Nice modern tile, granite countertops and nice bathrooms. Hardwood floor is beautiful, I had just looked at a garden style unit in Nashua before looking at rolling meadows. The price difference was $100 a month less for the garden style, which put things in perspective. Here’s what rolling meadows offered for that extra $100 that the 3rd floor garden style in Nashua did not -My unit has a garage, designated parking spot (plus room for 2 cars in driveway in front of garage)balcony, loft, deck and patio with ample space for a grill and patio set. One of my favorite things was the approximately 2’ by 6’ garden area. I had fresh veggies and herbs out of my little garden last summer. I have a dog and there are a few spots designated to briNg her to relieve herself. Neighbors are nice and friendly and it’s quiet here. Maintenance staff are friendly and work hard to keep this place up.
You will be hard pressed to find a rental community like this! Pets are allowed, which is a rarity and Units are beautiful. Super quiet and landscaping is gorgeous and Neighbors are friendly. The property manager is super nice and always available for any needs or concerns you may have.
Doesn’t match any of the pictures. When to check it out and found mold growing under the sink. The women who owns it is very nasty and not polite. Really don’t recommend even visiting.
Property Manager at Rolling Meadows, Responded To This Review
You must have our property confused with different location. I would appreciate you reveiwing the information you left on our site as it is not repesentative of our facilities.
First, the complex is excellently maintained. The roads are plowed extremely well, there is never trash visible, and the landscaping is very tasteful. Second, this is a true community. There is a diverse population and everyone is friendly. Third, management is always striving to improve the quality of the property and is quick to respond. Fourth, the value and low cost of utilities can't be beat!
I love living in Rolling Meadows. It is clean, comfortable and everyone is really nice. If you have an issue with anything, Management is quick to respond. I’m grateful to have moved here and look forward to many years of happiness here with my family.
I have lived at Rolling Meadows in Pepperell, Ma for approx. 3 years now and it is the best place I have lived at since moving to MA from CA. The staff onsite in extremely professional, attentive and responsive to all questions/inquiries. The condo units are very clean, and all updated. It's a gorgeous development and I highly recommend it to anyone outside of the immediate Boston area to live for easy access to both the city ( Boston) and NH if need be. Pepperell, MA/ Rolling Meadows is a nice quite community that is close to major highways and it is also very affordable for being so close to major cities within MA for commuting to and from work. Very happy with my experience and plan on staying here for as long as I can!
I've lived at Rolling Meadows for over 10 years and it has been a great experience. The leasing office is very understanding and the property is recently undergoing renovations to make the units newer, including all new appliances. Best Value in the area.
