Property Ratings at Rolling Acres Apartments
No apartment complex is perfect. Sorry the other reviewer had a bad neighbor. I on the other hand have been here since 2019. And I have had nothing but good experiences and I love my neighbors. We are close to the best schools and you can’t beat the rent this close to the villages.
First of all these apts are not appropriate for families. My neighbors smoked pot all day so my bedroom and bathroom smelled like weed everyday. You can hear Everything, and I do mean Everything from you upstairs and beside you neighbors. I lived here for 2 yrs, it was horrible. The pool is always closed, the workout room is only accessible during business hours, the gate never closed the entire time i lived there... Just don't rent from any Concord property. They try to get you for every penny, and you'll never get management to handle any issues!
