Property Ratings at Rockwood Lodge
While the maintenance person was polite and made an attempt to fix the drier issue he DID NOT fix it. I had to get my family to come over to take the drier lint area apart to clean the inch thick lint that was compacted from previous tenants in order for it to be safe to use the drier without fear of possibly starting a fire due to inadequate air flow with the lint being so backed up.

ROCKWOOD lodge. I am into my second year living here at ROCKWOOD lodge. The office staff and maintenance men have worked very professionally. Service work is done promptly and correctly. Very accommodating to renters and what we may have going on. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate the care taken to maintain the landscaping which makes the whole complex beautiful and inviting!!

Homey, convenient, unfortunately dated, dark at night, needs more lighting.. most people don't stay long, to much new competition. Maintenance persons do a good job, but need more help..

Well-handled maintenance request I called on a Sunday and left a voicemail with the office due to an issue with my mailbox lock. It was fixed the next day. A new lock was installed and it works perfectly. Thank you.

Rockwood Lodge I have been living at Rockwood Lodge for almost 4 years. I Love living here. The grounds are always clean. It well lit. The maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to respond. The office staff is friendly and always willing to help. The location is great too. Close to schools and shopping.

Should be cheaper Was grateful to get a place so easily but now I understand why. Rent is comparable but quality of appliances and overall apartment do not compare. Also heard from other tenants they raise rent every year so most people only stay 1 year. Haven’t been here long but not sure I’ll end up staying if that becomes the case come lease renewal. Also heard from other tenants this is the first year utilities are not included. If they were, we would be much happier.

This apartment feels like home! Pets are allowed but the housing is so clean! There is a roomy garage with every building and patio! Only 2 stories, quiet neighbors, and vaulted ceilings on the top floor. Great location, perfect distance from downtown CDA, not far from Hayden and close to shopping. Very good location. Landlords are easy to work with and pool is nice!
