Rock Island Ridges At Riverchase

I love living at RRR. I just signed another lease. Me and my husband lived here in 2017-2018 until we bought a house. We enjoyed it then. My husband was one of those people that was friendly with everyone. I lost him in 2019. I finally decided to move back to RRR because of the staff and the security. I feel safe here. I can be on the third floor without climbing stairs because they have elevators. I have military neighbors and fill safe with them around me too. Everyone is so neighborly here. That's what we are known for in the south. I love the brightness of the apartment and huge closet! Ha! Management is always great along with the maintenance team. When I need something done, even a light bulb changed they are on top of it. I am almost 70 and can't do what I use too but I know with the RRR team they are only a call away. I love RRR! Thank you Ursula and your team for making me feel safe.

Very nice community to live in. Apartments are really nice and the grounds are well kept. Staff is amazing and they are always here to help. We also have some fun activities that everyone can enjoy!

I have been living at Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase for 1 1/2 years now. I am so thankful that my husband and I made the choice to make these apartments our home. As I wake up in the morning, I am greeted by a beautiful view, a friendly atmosphere, and a place I feel safe. The office staff is amazing. They are always there to answer any questions for me. They even greet my dogs with treats which brings them smiles. Perfect home for our family.

My Wife are one of the residents who have been here almost from the beginning. The Staff, Maintenance team and everyone associated with Rock Island Ridges are friendly , helpful in everyway , very professional . there is a feeling of peace and safety. the grounds are kept immaculate and any request you need to get done is both prompt and professional If you are looking for a great place to live , Rock Island Ridges should be your choice.

I was so nervous about moving from a single-family home to an apartment, but Ursula and her team have made this transition so easy for me. I feel so safe in this community, and I am really enjoying the pool, gym, dog parks, and the views! The apartments are very beautiful and modern on the inside. It has been very easy to decorate and make me feel at home.

My husband and I want to take a moment and recognize the staff and our experience at Rock Island Ridges. We were one of the original residents and lived there for over five years! I can't speak highly enough on how much we enjoyed all our time here. We have both lived at other apartments before and this apartment complex cannot be beat. The staff have become family, and Ursula the property manager leads her team and the demonstrates the level of care for the residents to the highest degree. The grounds and property are so clean, and if we ever needed anything the staff was eager and ready to help. Not to mention the dedication the staff takes to create experiences for their residents from summer luaus, to food and clothing drives for the community, gift wrapping stations at Christmas, and understanding that our "fur" babies are truly family members too. We love the dog parks that are included throughout the apartment complex and that they even have a "Pet of the Month" contest! And, if want to talk about beauty, you can't beat the views that you have when you are at this apartment. This team understand the importance of treating you like family. We will always remember this apartment as our first home together. The first home we brought our sweet baby puppy Rivie too, and the first home that started our foundation for the future. It was hard to leave and we are going to miss it so much, but I'm hoping we will always be consider Rock Island Ridges family!

Ursula and the rest of other staff members are always so kind and helpful. Their work is so amazing. They always keep the property in nice condition and are always making effort to keep the great community in the property. I’ve never seen such nice apartment buildings and management staffs before. I moved to the other apartment for my job change recently, but I’ve already missed the property and I hope to stay in the property again if possible. I would recommend this property to anyone!

My wife and I have lived in multiple apartments in multiple states, but these are by far the best. Not only are the actual apartments upscale and modern, the staff is top tier. Management knows your name, emails are answered promptly, and the grounds are superb. The staff has created a family atmosphere with having events and fun contests for residents. There are also elevators in each building, which makes bringing groceries or furniture in a breeze. Not to mention the pool, dog parks, 24hr gym and access to Lake Oliver for fishing and boating. From top to bottom, you won’t find a better, safer place to stay in this area.

My husband and I have lived here for 4+ years. I love living at Rock Island Ridges. The entire staff/maintenance is nice, timely, and have nice events for the community. I love the luxury, serenity, River, safety and privacy here. I love the elevators. The residents are known by name. Our families love to visit as it’s nice here. I lived here for four years with my young daughter, and loved it. Community is gated, safe, and there is frequent presence of staff & management. The office knows your name, and residents were friendly! We were sad to leave, but feel so thankful this was available as a temporary "home" before we finally bought our house. The lake views were peaceful, and access to the dock and water was such a unique bonus!

This is my fourth year living at Rock Island. It is well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I love my water view and area available for walking with my dog. The location of convenient to everything on both sides of the river!

Everything about this apartment complex is awesome. Move in was quick and flawless. The complex is quiet and peaceful. Very dog friendly which is great. I always feel very safe here. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

You can't put a price on peace of mind and thats exactly how I feel each time I come home to Rock Island. It's incredible to see how often the staff works around the clock to ensure the buildings, lawn, and services of the complex are in top shape. The few times I needed maintenance, the repairs were quick and painless! I'm super happy with the quality of life and service offered at Rock Island Ridges!

This apartment has a great view and there are pretty dog ??parks. This apartment is kept clean and the staff are very friendly. Attending a festival in a beautiful pool is fun. This apartment is very livable. This is the apartment I want to live with my friends.

I moved into Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase back in May, and I have loved it ever since! This is the first luxury apartment I have ever stayed at, and it is true luxury! The whole complex is gorgeous and well-kept. The views of the river are gorgeous, and they are definitely something worth waking up to every morning! I love the amenities RRR offer like indoor hallways and trash pick-up right from our door. The apartments are gorgeous with great layouts. The staff is super kind and nice, too. The best part are the very fun events the staff hold! With everything from bingo to Oktoberfest, it's never a dull moment here! This has definitely been the best place I have ever lived. I really feel like my rent is going toward something staying here as it offers a great experience every day. I highly recommend staying here!

I enjoyed my stay at Rock island ridges. Nice community and the staff are very kind and professional. Especially Ursula and Patricia they’re amazing! I stayed for 2 and half years and only moved out because of work. If I ever move back to this area I am staying here with out a doubt.

My entire experience here has been amazing. From day one until the day I moved out. The staff has gone out of there way to treat my roommates and I with respect and they do their jobs daily to maintain the complex and keep it in great condition. I have loved living here for the last year and highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel secure, comfortable, and happy in their new home.

This place was fantastic for my first apartment! Great location, loved having the lake right outside my back door, loved the balcony.... the whole place was great. About a 5 minute drive to target, Publix (two actually) and maybe 10 minutes to many restaurants and more shopping in North Columbus. 10 minutes from downtown too! Only downside is it is about 30 min from base (with normal traffic) which got annoying for me because I had a dog waiting at home, but I also liked being away from base too. The pool is beautiful, nice big dog runs now, I will be comparing future apartments to these guys - they knew my face to my name and my fur babies names. Fantastic customer service. Love this place - great outskirts of town location.

The apartment complex is luxurious at its best. The move-in process is as smooth as silk, no hiccups whatsoever. From tours to final move-in, everything was smooth. The apartment itself is very modern and luxurious with all the modern amenities. Great apartment, I would love to live here for a very long time.

I highly recommend Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase. This place is better in person, which is rare. The apartments are modern, clean, and spacious with great amenities. By far the best apartments in the area (including Columbus, GA area). Additionally, the front office team is Awesome!!! The true meaning of Southern Hospitality! The leasing process was smooth & quick. I can’t say enough good things about Pate. She is attentive, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable! She answered all of our questions without hesitation and made us feel at home. Without a doubt, you will be happy you found this community. Make this your first stop!!!

I have lived in several apartment buildings, and I have never lived somewhere as terrible as this place with regard to noise. I’m not even sure they built the apartments to code. If I’m standing in my bedroom, I can clearly hear my neighbor talking in her room. In fact, I can hear her whole conversation, word for word. I can hear the person above my apartment walking through the apartment. Every. Single. Evening. I can hear kids running up and down the hallway. There must be zero insulation, zero space between apartments. If you rent here, get a corner unit or top floor unit.

My husband, our Golden Retriever and I lived at RRR for almost two full years, only leaving because we moved out of state, and we couldn’t have more positive things to say. The unit itself was in perfect condition, great appliances, flooring and upkeep. The community is quiet, spacious, gorgeous and very safe- gates, locked doors on each building- and the other residents (in our experience) were kind, considerate and wonderful. We had very few issues during our time there, and any little thing we faced was handled by the office (Ursula and Lacey are great) and/or maintenance in a super timely manner. In all honesty, after moving, I wish we could have taken RRR with us to our new location, because my husband and I both agree that we were spoiled by our time there and, let’s just say, our new place isn’t at quite the same level. If you’re considering living here, I definitely recommend- you won’t regret it!!

We lived at Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase. We had a horrible Experience. Would not suggest. noise is out of control.

I’m a new resident and new to the area the staff has been super helpful with my transition. You will not find better customer service as all of my calls and email (and there were plenty) are always answered in a timely fashion. My friends have moved here also based upon referrals from our other colleagues on their living experience. I have referred other colleagues as well to check them out as they are not happy where they are currently renting. You can’t beat the killer views either!

The noise level is outta control. We have tried everything possible to get it resolved. Our neighbors above water flowers and saturate our deck dump dirtly mop water on there deck of course it comes straight down onto ours. We have contacted office on numerous occasions. Just saddened

I have only the nicest things to say about these apartments. The staff here truly go above and beyond for their residents. Everyone is so friendly and helped the whole moving process run seamlessly. If I need anything the staff ensures that it is not only done quickly but to my satisfaction. The apartments are beautiful and clean. The staff also treats my pet as if he was their dog. Having lived in three other complexes over the years, I can say with 100% confidence that you will not be disappointed if you choose Rock Island Ridges.

I moved in 5/29 and it was the smoothest and most pleasant move I have ever done. There were little goodie bags for us and my fur babies and a welcome home card with a beautiful hand written message that made my eyes water with Happy tears!! You will not find that anywhere else it's like having a community full of family. Thank you very everyone for making us feel at home!! Location is prime! Grounds are beautiful! Apartments are gorgeous with a layout for everyone! Prices are great! Office staff is exceptional! What's not to love? If you are looking... you must check these out! Go see Ursula or Tara and tell them I sent you :)
