Property Ratings at Rock Creek
This apartment is trash!!!!!!!!!!! My ac is broken nobody has said anything about it being fixed. My ceiling is leaking put In a report a year ago still hasn’t been fixed they just come spray paint over it. Beware of this apartment. Full of roaches. They don’t fix anything and they do not care. Can you imagine getting off work with your 5yr old begging for you to cut the air on but you can’t because it’s BROKEN!!
The office staff is always having something fun for the community! Maintenance has fixed my issues very quickly . I absolutely love living here!!
Can't get ahold of anyone in the office easily. Water is not included and it's turned off multiple times a month With very little or no advance notice. It can be quiet. My neighbors have been great for the most part. Smells of weed. I do enjoy the way our townhouse looks. Again it's hard to get in contact with anyone in the office. They don't call back when they say they will. Says masks are required in the office but no one in the office wears a mask¿
We have lived here over a year and absolutely LOVE IT! My children have made some wonderful friends, and everyone is so great its like a big family here! They are always doing cool things to involve the kids, like the fall festival and spring fling. Michelle is always trying to doing nice things for the residents and families. I especially loved the drive through breakfast, where she stood outside and gave us donuts and juice on our way to school and work :) I've lived in several apartment complexes, but never one where it was actually like being a part of a family. we just love it here
We have lived here for seven years and we love it. It is very quiet here and people do not bother you are get in your business. The property manager, Michelle does a great job and is very efficient in her job. The maintenance crew responds in a very timely manner and are also very friendly. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath townhouse and it is very spacious and nice! We would not live anywhere else. Thank you Michelle for making our living experience here so enjoyable!
I absolutely love my 1 bedroom apartment, it's not too big nor too small for me. It's very quiet and chilled in this complex, everybody's nice and stays to themselves. I'm a 23 yo and I couldn't be more happy!!!! I already love it here!
I have lived at Rock Creek for over 7 years and am extremely pleased with the property. Apartments are spacious and my 2 bed/1-1/2 bath townhouse is very nice. The property management is great, responding in a very timely manner to all calls. The property maintenance team does a very good job and is very thorough with any work order requests. During my 7 years of residency, I have resided there through about 3 property managers, and Michelle (property manager for about the last 4-5 years) does an excellent job. She dedicates herself to her position and is tireless in her work ethic. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice, quiet living experience. I plan to continue renting for years to come!
