The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Robin Hill
Scheduled a tour with them. Showed up on time only for no one to be there. Finally found someone who gave me a number to call. Turns out they didn’t even have any apartments availed to tour. Waste of time stay away from elevate living properties their management is terrible.
I’ve lived here going on two years now, when I first moved in, my bathroom didn’t have a door handle and the air conditioning didn’t work, this was in JUNE. The fridge leaked all over the floor, I contacted maintenance over and over and they never fixed it. My air went out again later in the summer and it took weeks for them to come and fix it and it was set by them so it wouldn’t go below 70 degrees. Fast forward… new people bought this complex and are forcing people to get $500,000 rental Insurance on their apartment with element living listed as insured. They don’t respond to emails or bother to get back to you. I would highly recommend other places to live, better management and living conditions.

Close to everything but still a quiet place to call home. The office and maintenance staff is very responsive to anything I need.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
I was a little worried after reviewing the previous reviews to moving in here. I'm not sure why there were so many poor reviews I've only lived here a month. But I can say the leasing manager Michele has been amazing to work with and extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance is great and comes in and fixes the issues right away. So yes while only being a month it is an older building so I expect some issues and so it's great that they come and help out as soon as possible. Way better sound proofing than my previous apartment that I was paying outlandish price for a 1 bedroom. I'm very pleased with my decision to move and very glad I chose here it's cozy and quaint and comfortable.

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
I love the location (it's perfectly located) and the amenities. Whenever anything breaks down, they are quick to get it fixed. I would recommend this property! The only thing I would change is the rent - I think it's a little steep for a one bedroom.

Hello there, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything. Have a wonderful day.
My wife and I lived at Robin Hill for 3 months in 2016. We had numerous instances of insects in our apartment. An exterminator came once, sprayed some thing you can buy from Home Depot and left. We kept finding bugs every morning, gnats, centipedes, and spiders. We tried numerous home remedies, but all they did was show us how many bugs were crawling into our apartment. The fixtures and appliances were all very outdated, and when we moved in you could tell the apartment had barely been cleaned. The blinds were smoke stained and sticky, there were holes around the fireplace where bricks had been broken, and the carpet felt like it had been laid in 10 minutes. Then there was the smell, it permeated the apartment, and the whole building. Our clothes, furniture and anything we brought into the apartment were affected. When we moved out we had to wash everything twice, and through out quite a few items because the smell just wouldn't come out.
Great location and near many restaurants and the mall.
The pictures make it appear more desirable than reality. It appears the owners do not want to keep up on the aesthetics but are continuously ringing the register. I am not sure how this earned four stars. They also seem to be tremendously understaffed, much like the rest of their other locations. This area of the country seems to have 1/4 to 1/2 of the people in the office.... perhaps they are just not trained in multi functions? It really should not be that difficult to see an apartment.
Far too expensive for the age of the apartments, apartment layouts, and the amenities offered. The pool has been closed all of this summer except open one week, and opened a month late last summer due to necessary repairs that should have taken place 2 summers ago. Other amenities had been promised starting two years ago that have not come to fruition yet (basketball court, "picnic area"). You are charged an "eco fee" and the property is anything but a "green" property. For the amount of rent for the 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom with loft apartments, other apartment complexes have laundry within the apartments, community or recreation facilities, etc. Redeeming qualities are that residents themselves are good people, look out for each other, and is a safe community.
