Mrs Marcia has been wonderful and a sweetheart. Very communicative and responded fast. She made the process easy and smooth. It didn’t take me no time getting through things because she thoroughly explained what I needed help with and had any questions about. My move in experience was good. I say that because it was just really hot and irritating when you’re moving of course. I don’t have any complaints. The area is secured, watched, and is being up kept. My experience living here and moving had been great. No issues or troubles. I would suggest it!

The complex is nice and conveniently located! East Nashville has a lot to offer. Our property manager, Marcia, has made the entire renting/moving process much easier. The apartments are newly renovated and pet friendly. Marcia responds quickly to anything you need. I've only been here 2 weeks but am very content with my living situation!

Robert park’s apartments was a fast and easy process. The office manager was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process of me getting approved to just filling out the application. I got approved and signed my lease and received my keys all in One week! My apartment is homey and I love it! All the appliances and fixtures were all upgraded. My experience was a 10 out of 10 moving here. Did I mention that it’s super quiet here!! thanks Ms Marcia for all your help and kindness during this process!

Smooth process , new appliances , amazing floors and quality painting. I’m really pleased with the apartment. The property manager is very nice as well she made it feel like home.

I love my apartment. The apartment complex has everything upgraded in each apartment new counters, new cabinets, new hardwood floors. I am really enjoying my stay. It’s very quiet has 24 hour security, It’s very clean, And the rent is cheap, considering the location close to the stadium. The office worker is very passionate about the residence and try to help in anyway. I am really having a good experience here

Marcia was so helpful and helping us put in our application and get everything done quickly! The apartment was sparkling clean when we moved in and we've had no issues. The maintenance was on it the second we needed them. such a good experience!

The leasing office was very patient with me during the pre move in process, especially moving from out of state. I highly appreciate Ms.Marcia for helping me through the process. My new resident experience was overall amazing!

Everything was so swift from the application process to move in day. We heard about the apartments on Thursday and we were moved in by that following Tuesday. Being that I am new to this experience, the landlord was very helpful and informative. She made sure I was extremely aware of what I was getting myself into and how everything would be! I’m very grateful for how sweet she was because I know I wasn’t an easy camper lol. Overall, these apartments are very lovely and great for moving in. Also, not noisy at all I would’ve thought I was the only one living here. I love it!!

I want to firstly thank Ms Marcia for being patient with me through the move in process! I am beyond thankful and appreciative for her patience. The apartment was clean and the amenities were newly installed. I haven’t had any complaints with anything. Ms Marcia also gets back to you quickly when there is a question. I also had a friendly neighbor give me a tour and show how things work. I have no complaints at all.

Pre- move in: Marcia was very helpful through the process and communicated promptly. Very pleasant! Move-in: Van gave me a warm welcome and showed me everything I needed to know. Apartment was recently renovated. Has new paint, new floors, well maintained appliances. Bathroom recently resurfaced. New resident experience: I've met a couple of the residents, and they were very kind and welcoming. Seems to be close to everything!

Super smooth and simple application process, very timely and informative on any questions. Made to feel welcome from the start. Nice apartments with great appliances. Marcia the manager made everything as perfect as you could hope.

The application process was incredibly easy and the move-in experience was pretty great, the lady in the leasing office was able to work with me on changing moving dates as well as messaging me with any probes that came up! So far the apartment is pretty modern and there’s no loud neighbors as well!

The process to apply for Roberts Park apartments was super efficient and was a very pleasant experience. I am going to be new to the East Nashville area and wanted to live in a good affordable area and neighborhood. When talking with Marcia and asking her questions about the application process and apartment details, she was super helpful. I am excited to move in and live here and everything seems very trustworthy so far!

I just moved here and chilled Robert Park's Apartments. What a wonderful choice. The staff is so nice and they accommodated me even though I came in late at night from another state. I was greeted with such wonderful hospitality and the apartment is clean and quiet and everything is new inside.

Spacious 1 bed 1 bath (walk in closet, coat closet, pantry). Renovated. Doors lock to building. Lots of parking. Responsive office staff. Only downside is that there are nearby shootings sometimes, so safety can be a concern, but nothing on property so far.

It's my pleasure to meet our new manager Ms. Marcia every since she's been here the property has been safe and very clean. she's really respectful to my questions and to any problems I have.

I have been living here almost four years, and I have enjoyed it. Anytime I have come to the landlord with an issue, I have been taken care of. Especially now, since under new management, all issues have been addresses. I appreciate that.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, all the neighbors have been friendly as well and the building is lovely. GREAT value for location - neighborhood is quiet and safe so far.

The staff in this place was super nice, and very helpful, but we did not get past them showing us the unit. The first thing we noticed when we walked in (other than what seemed to be abandoned paint buckets EVERYWHERE) was a dead roach in one of the corners. The 1 Br unit we saw was nicer, but looked like it had a long way to go. The guy showing us had to pull hard on the pantry door in the kitchen about 3 times before it would open.

These apartments are old and incredibly outdated, not to mention in a questionable neighborhood. I overlooked all of that to move in, but the worst part is the way you’re treated. The office manager is unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. The property owner is entirely absent and doesn’t care. I’ve never encountered anything like it in all of my renting. Please do yourself a huge favor and do NOT move here.
