Honestly so far so good. The apartments are a bit dated and there’s no lighting inside aside from the kitchen and bathroom. Only other thing is that there’s trash laying around some apartments and the dumpsters get rather full.

When we moved in there were a couple of issues that were completely resolved the day after move in. There are a couple of random cosmetic issues but that’s to be expected in an older place. The neighborhood is cute, cozy and quiet

The area and the neighborhood is very nice. When I moved in it was advertised that they had a gym but they did not. I was told they were working on a place for it but a year later they haven’t done anything with it. The pool could have better hours. Overall the apartment is good and in a good location.

It’s going very well, grateful indeed. I came here in February and look forward to renewing my lease soon. The location & commodities are excellent, communities perks another gem. Sure the walls are thin & washers could be better performance, but that’s not a deal breaker for me, ill still recommend. For the thin walls it’s good to be at the bottom level instead of the top. In this case you can hear everything the person upstairs is doing & not the other way around.. so your neighbor probably won’t hate you as much Haha. Still, you can hear conversations no matter what level, the walls are simply that thin. But if you have a cool neighbor & don’t walk much it’ll make the experience much smoother. But it’s inevitable at one point or another your neighbors are gonna hear you one way or the other, so you’ll get used to it. Regardless, it’s still a great overall community to take into consideration! Literally everything else is perfect so I can’t complain, I just want to be transparent.

Great place to live, great staff, they keep the grounds very nice and clean, very animal friendly, multiple fund raisers throughout the year. Cookout for the residents , only wish the pool had longer hours or late night pool parties once a month during the summer.

We like it here, it’s not perfect but for the pricey tag, it’s relatively worth it. We wanted somewhere that would take our animals and not be a threat to our general safety and Robert’s mill provided. Lots of amenities, and responsive front desk. I have asked about getting us on an exterminator list to spray for sprickets regularly with no luck, but whenever I call they tend to send him out.

Of the several apartment complexes that I have lived in, this is by far the one that has felt like Home. Everyone I run into is nice and the Office is full of wonderful people. Our home is much more spacious than meets the eye and has a surprising amount of storage! When we moved it it was very clean and new carpets were even installed prior to our move-in date. Maintenance ACTUALLY does what they need to in order to fix things we place requests for - must make sure any pets are contained! The parking is more than enough at any given time I have seen and the amenities are the cherry on top to the whole experience. We have been here 4 months and I wake up every day so grateful that we have found this Home!

Honestly on my first day I met my neighbor and he was extremely welcoming. Community as a whole is rather chill. Only gripe is that the dumpsters are rather small for the 20 or so plus apartments they’re meant to maintain.

Love living here been here 7 years but just always have issues with a neighbor above us with making a lot of noise, they are very nice in the office and when we need anything to do with maintenance they are almost always prompt with an issue.

The best though when the washing machine wasn’t spinning, the service team was out there 8 hours later and adjusted the problem! definitely the best deal with all the amenities- welcome home indeed!

I have been here for quite some time and they keep the community clean and safe. It’s quiet and private. You would not think you are in an apartment complex. Friendly staff and you rarely meet a stranger.

Units are overpriced considering the lack of central AC, the lack of soundproofing between units, and the lack of year-round amenities. Current amenities are limited with no shade or protection from the sun, heat, cold, and elements.

I like the way my apartment is set up and also the upkeep of the property, I also have everything around me nice and clean. Businesses and shopping are also in close proximity and the options are limitless.

Great location and good overall just wish they fixed a few things before I moved in. You’re near everything and there is a lot going on here. Quiet and safe.

Could be better, for the price you pay I don't like the ammemeties that are given. Walls are really thin you could your neighbors and washer and dryer are really small.
I am so happy to be here! I love all the amenities that Roberts Mills offers especially the free internet. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the property is very well maintained.

A great place to live. Clean, amenable and convenient to just about everything the area has to offer. Staff is very helpful and the maintenance staff is very fast with requests.

Plusses; outside area is kept clean. Little to no trash. Convenient dog waste bags! Minuses: old rusted out car sits in parking lot. Neighbor feeds squirrels increasing bird droppings and rodent population.

Roberts mill complex is a beautiful place to live. There are plenty of really fun things to do here. The staff is very helpful and nice. The maintenance keeps up with all maters in a reasonable time frame,mine needs been met immediately always. The grounds are beautifully kept. The neighborhood is quiet and ppl in general keep to themselves
