I was mistreated and cursed at while looking at the apartment because it wasnt ready yet when all I wanted to know was how much furniture I could fit into the apartment then was set to do a walk through today and called a day before only to be told the landlord doesnt want to rent to me because I told him " talk to me like you want me to talk to you" when he was cursing at me
Such a run around trying to rent from this place, save yourself the trouble.

I live on third floor and never have any issue with elevator. It is so convenient.
I've lived in rockford years before and decided to move back for a job. Ive been renting about 5 months at this location. This is by far the best and most clean apartment complex. Ive been to so many other buildings and they are not even comparable to this one. Also, the apartments are consistently updated and well kept. The management is amazing! They are professional and really friendly. They always have staff cleaning and keeping everything in check. Anytime I had a problem, someone would return my call within a few hours and the problem would be taken care of super quickly. The building manager is one hard working lady. She even takes calls on saturdays/sundays!!! NO ONE EVER DOES THAT ANYWHERE ELSE PS Its a great location too!
I used to live there. If I ever come back to Rockford, I am going to rent there again.
