Property Ratings at Riverworks
I could post a laundry list of issues with this building that I have experienced in the roughly 10 months I have lived there. AirBNBs run rampant, mold in the apartments, garages that dont work despite the hefty price tag, etc. etc. I have lived in properties all over Savannah for much less money than Riverworks charges and have had better experiences. Waste of money with management that is basically non existent.
I love and appreciate the leasing staff at Riverworks. All are helpful and kind, especially Jodie.

You can get a far better rental experience in for at least 20% less in Savannah. Regardless of how nice your individual apartment might be at RiverWorks, it's no good if you can't get in and out of the building easily, and amenities are of no value if half of the things don't work.
