Property Ratings at Riverwood Apartments
These are very nice apartments in a great part of Monroe. I lived here for over a year and loved everything besides dealing with the property manager. She was rude to me on multiple occasions for absolutely no reason at all. She is truly a miserable person who loves to project that onto others. These are great apartments with great neighbors, and the only downside was having to deal with her.
These are good apartments in a great part of town if you have a large income. They are pricey because it is in the nicest part of town. Newly remodeled and are the largest one bedroom apartments in town. The maintenance crew is very helpful and timely. Overall, a great place to live if you are willing to spend a little more.
The two bedroom apartment that we have lived in for the past three years is very cozy. The only thing we could complain about is the lack of attention to the swimming pool. This is a very peaceful complex and we have enjoyed living here.
