Property Ratings at Riverwood Apartments - 510 McEvoy St
These apartments are horrible. The windows grow mold even if you clean them, having hot water is very rare, the managers are pathetic; they allow illegal drug activity to happen on the property and don't care to follow or enforce the rules. Having work done is like pulling teeth with them. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
These apts. are wonderful. Close to town and still out of the way. A large yard, well kept, garages upon request, and wonderful on site management. The neighbors are friendly, and quiet. And most important, clean. The apts. are very comfortable, and well built. They are one, two, and three bed rooms.
The apartments are pretty nice, and they go by income which is pretty helpful. To have pets costs a deposit of 200 dollars then 50 extra a month the landlords are kind of rude but you rarely see them so it doesn't really matter. There is room for a stackable washer and dryer. Also every unit has a dish washer
