I little disappointing on my first apartment. Wrong keys made and hard to lock back doors. Otherwise just a perfect fit apartment. Perfect view out my balcony door.

Appreciate our year living here but apt living is not for us. Need security for sure. Live in updated apt but have multiple water damage and mold issues that were only “band-aided” over before we moved in. All in all, not a bad apt complex to live in.

Love it here been here over 2 years. Great location close to everything and all the entertainment down town. The maintenance crew is one of the best parts about this place too.

Left these apartments after 3 years. If moving wasn’t such a pain I would’ve moved sooner. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office, you can call, leave messages and never hear back. You can go down to the office and the doors are locked. The smell of weed was in my building for a good 2 years and the office did nothing about it, despite numerous of the residents notifying them about it. The area is sketchy and so are some of the residents so if you value safety and sleep do not move here. There will be music blasting through your walls at all hours and the leasing office will do nothing to help. Trust me when I say there are better places in Spartanburg where you will feel valued, respected and safe. This place is not it and I cannot express how happy I am to never step foot in those buildings again.

I really love it here. For the price the amenities and apartments are great, there’s a lot of storage space and huge balconies. I will say the walkways get a little buggy at night but we’re close to the water so that’s expected.

I love living here. It is close to my doctor's and to the stores. I love to sit on my patio and drink my morning coffee and see and hear all the wildlife. It is very quiet here fir being so close to 2 busy roads. The staff have always been so wonderful. Would highly recommend living here.

Building entrances and common areas are no longer cleaned as was done my first two years of five here. Landscaping is deteriorating - piles of trimmings left by building for months, shrubs/trees dying, grass in bad shape.

Great experience moving in! We love our unit and the property. It’s been quiet so far. Beautiful view. Playground with lots of equipment for our kids. SO much storage in the unit and huge covered porch. We will be happy here for quite a while!

Riverwind is a quiet community with friendly staff. The maintenance team is quick to respond to calls. Our exterior light was not working properly, so I put in a request for service, and a gentleman came out to fix it the next morning! The community is extremely dog-friendly with lots of green space and a walking trail. It is in town without the city feel.

Friendly and professional staff. Great amenities and perks. Buildings are old, but well-maintained. Very affordable and great location. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit. I wish I had a microwave though!

The community is very kind, and if I ever have questions, complaints, or suggestions the office management is always kind and lend a listening ear. Very kind community. Now with classic and older buildings there's bound to be some problems here and there but the maintenance team work very hard to keep everything running smoothly and fixed up beautifully and within a reasonable time window.

Moving is never easy or fun but the property manager made it as easy as possible. My favorite things so far about this complex is the beautiful view from my patio and the ample parking spaces.

Great place !! Love all the space to walk my dog. The river right off my balcony is so lovely. I put a hammock out there ! & my dogs love to just relax on their bed out there too!

The property is great for the money. Maintenance is amazing. Nice complex. The office people leave you be and aren't complicated or hard to get ahold of , so I find that amazing. Great walking grounds for fur babies too. The river is relaxing.

Management can be difficult to get ahold of occasionally. I recently had a situation where my apartment could have possibly been on fire and the only notice I received was from a neighbor who saw the fire trucks. The first responders could not get ahold of riverwind staff

Our stay at Riverwinds has been so great. We have been here for almost 2 years now. We have never had an issue with neighbors or noise. Everyone is so nice here.

Awesome place to live! The amenities are nice, along with the staff! I would definitely recommend to anyone! Rent is fairly priced for nice apartments around this area.

I love living here with my daughter. I enjoy sitting on my large patio overlooking the creek. I get to see wildlife and beautiful sunsets. They staff here are amazing Ricky is my favorite he is like family. It is such a quiet neighborhood and I feel safe here. Close to my doctor and shopping.

Going on two years now for my boyfriend and I living here. It’s a really great place to live. It’s near so much places to eat or shop and plenty of banks. Close to down town Spartanburg and about 15mins to the highway. They keep posting improvements to the property. Only cons I have is rent I believe we pay to much for what we have it’s not worth it. Also people do not drive slow when driving in and out . Seen so many cars flying by like they don’t slow down on the speed bumps.
