Cleanliness, friendliness of all staff and tenants. Very secure atmosphere.
We thought we would only stay a year, and here we are going on our third! Our view is ever gorgeous and changes with each season. Between the wildlife, and people watching, who needs devices! Our property manager is the best, as well as maintenance staff. Very dog friendly and everything is always kept up even in winter. Would recommend to anyone moving to the area!
My spacious, riverwalk apartment is stunning! I love my downtown location and my neighbors are so kind. Not to mention the building is quiet and the indoor parking is perfect for our NY winters!
