We are really enjoying living at Riverwalk Grand, it is so peaceful and relaxing for us. Love the pool and gym, and daily walks around the pond. It was the only apartment we found with a screened in balcony that also had a ceiling fan, which is a game changer.
Amazing property with exceptional customer service! Once you see this place you will not want to move anywhere else ! Super spacious with tons of storage every room is huge ! We just moved in this past Sunday and everything was very clean. Sharon Rose helped us in showing us the property. She was so kind and helpful she really made the leasing process easy and smooth! Thank you again Sharon we’re so happy to live in such a beautiful community :)
Maintenance crew was very helpful and solved the issues. Professional ,competent and courteous.Put in the request and maintenance responded in a timely manner.

These are the largest, modern, open floor plan, and they have so much storage space. The staff is very accommodating, and kindest you'll ever find.

Love the spacious community. The apartment already feels at home. I love the gym and pool. Mobile access is great as well. I would absolutely love for a basketball court/ pickle ball court to be in the future builds.

This community is in a good and safe location and is well maintained. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a great living environment. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. The only downside is that sound travels through the walls, so you may hear your neighbors or dogs barking. However, overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

I have lived in these apartments since June 2024. These apartments are beautiful and luxurious. The community is fantastic, and the management is extremely responsive and helpful. Sharon, for example, not only helped me find my apartment and answered all of my questions along the way, but has been incredible in making sure that I am still comfortable and happy several months after moving in. This is rare, whereas at other places, I feel the quality in management decreases after you've signed a lease. The management team, especially Sharon, coupled with these beautiful luxury apartments is why I'm recommending Riverwalk Grand to all.

This apartment complex is inhabited by excellent and upstanding people, whom I feel safe around. The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of room and high quality fixtures. The management team is best-in-class, always available to answer any questions or offer assistance on a personal level. Quiet area. Spacious condos. Not a fan of the parking arrangements at all. It would be more helpful if there were assigned parking spaces or something. Overall, good place to live.

One of the more pleasant communities I have had the pleasure of living in. Management is very attentive and helpful, easily contacted and very personable. My neighbors are great and it is a very lovely community to be a part of. Would recommend anyone I know to apply here if they were looking.

Everyone has been very nice and friendly from the day I moved in. My neighbors all introduced themselves. The grounds are kept up very nicely. My dogs absolutely love the dog part. Also the leading staff are phenomenal and are always available for questions. Riverwalk Grande is truly luxury apartment style living

Everything has been great so far. We've had very few issues with the new buildings. Everything is very well maintained and the staff has been very friendly and communicative whenever needed.

We’ve been here a few months now and nothing has changed from my first review. Riverwalk Grand continues to be an amazing complex with a great team. I recently put in three separate maintenance requests and ALL three were completed within 48 hours. Never had that kind of service at any other complex!

From day one, Brandon and Sharon have been absolutely fantastic to work with. We cannot say enough kind words about the staff here, that includes maintenance staff as well! Everyone is always so kind and eager to lend a helping hand, they’re also very timely with any correspondence, whether that be a phone call or email. Our experience has been nothing less than incredible! We are very grateful that we found this Gem of a community! Location is very convenient to space center, nature, etc. The apartment features are well thought out, and the staff has been excellent. Sharon was wonderful helping us get into our apartment. We love it!

I’m a resident of 3 months now. I needed to update the vehicle type after changing it, and about a week ago needed a small repair to the apt front door. Sharon once again was fast, friendly, and even remembered my name. Service continues to be top notch, even after living here for a while!

I can’t say enough good things about living at Riverwalk Grand! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with beautiful landscaping and inviting communal areas that make it a joy to come and go. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. I love the thoughtful design and high-quality finishes. The amenities are outstanding—whether it’s the sparkling pool, gym, or lawn game area, there’s always something to enjoy. What truly sets this community apart is the incredible management team. They are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, which gives me peace of mind. I also appreciate the sense of community here. There are regular events that bring residents together, like Food Trucks and Raffles. It truly feels like a neighborhood where everyone looks out for one another, I've never met my neighbors in an apartment community like I have here. Everyone in River Walk is very friendly and nice. The Staff goes over and above to back sure that our needs are met. Moving in was very easy and smooth. If we need anything, the maintenance staff are " Johnny On The Spot" with our needs.

The apartments are roomy with well thought out floor plans, large closets and screened in patios/balconies. There is a pond, small dog park, nice pool area and an outdoor game area complete with cornhole, chess/checkers table, connect 4 and table soccer. Melissa responds quickly to emails, is very friendly and helpful. Angel responds fast to any request, is always smiling and polite. We are happy we chose Riverwalk Grand when we relocated to the area.

We had doubts about going from our home to an apartment. But after moving into Riverwalk Grand we have never wanted to stay home so much. The layout of the apartments are open yet cozy, our neighbors are friendly, and we love going to the gym as a family. The staff that are here are always offering a wave when come in and go out if they see us. We love it here and everyone who visits us loves it as well.

We just moved in, but so far everything has been excellent. The move in was easy, they had a welcome bag for us ready- which was a nice touch. We had a few normal questions upon move-in and everything was either answered or fixed within 24 hours. So far, we feel welcomed to the community, which made our move that much easier.
