Smells constantly like cigarettes and weed even though there is clear signs that is not allowed. They will up your rent every year for no reason, no updates to the apartment. Laundry room is not like the pictures, their machines never work except the dryers and the floor is rotting and falling apart. They need a better housekeeping service weekly. Security cameras don’t work.
