I had a couple work orders that needed to be done and the new maintenance guy Mekos came and fixed it very knowledgeable guy cleaned up after his self good job
I've had the pleasure of calling Riverwalk my home for the past year and a half and I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional living experience. From the moment I moved in, the attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction have been evident. The community is well maintained and the maintenance are prompt, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is in perfect order. The management team at Riverwalk deserves special recognition for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. They are approachable, responsive, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. Any concerns or inquiries are addressed promptly, creating a sense of security and trust. I highly recommend Riverwalk and do so often!

Been here twice within 6month, apartment are not properly cleaned, bed spread not frequently changed as per scheduled days
Great apartments! Just needs to be maintained & sprayed more regularly for Wasps. Ive seen nests on multiple balconies, to where residents probably dont want to sit out there.
Riverwalk is a great place to live and call “home” the entire staff are amazing! Very attention to detail and customer service friendly! The staff works strongly as a team and it shows!
very rude staff when you need things done. very stuck up. but they put in on big to get you to sign after that its down hill bad parking will not care if people egg your door or your car. Even if your tires get slashed they don't care
