Property Ratings at Riverstone
I have lived here now for a full year and renewed my lease for another year and will very most likely renew beyond that. The apartments itself is in a great location. Centrally located in Tucson so you do not have to travel far. The office staff is great. When I pay the rent they are always very friendly and its hassle free. I have only had to place two minor work orders in the apartment for maintenance to come in and fix a garbage disposal and a leaky tub faucet. (At separate times)Both times they put in for the work order and the issue was addressed. Was fixed and completed in a very reasonable time. Turned out that is was not a "big fix after all" had the work completed within five minutes for the faucet. Great Job, maintenance. Very knowledgeable group of people they have working for them. There are two things that I really enjoy here. If you live in a back building, you have a great view of the Catalina Mountains and Pantano Wash. You never see such a great view from inside the city anymore but its a clear shot from the apartments. Second, I have to have my A/C. I never been able to get used the the desert heat but my A/C is self controlled, individual thermostats, so you can run A/C all year around if wanted. But my A/C unit works so good, I sometimes get too cold, which is fine by me because I would rather be cold than hot. Probably is the best working A/C unit I have ever seen in my life. And the electric bill is very reasonable considering how much I run it every day. This is a most definite A+. The groundskeepers keep the landscape very well groomed and managed. Its nice to see green grass all the time. I never have used the pools but there are two of them here and I always walk by them and they are very clean. There is security that patrols the property parking lots at night and I have never had a problem with safety. Extremely well lit areas around the buildings itself and the front door entry way outside is always lit up for safety. If you have your choices of a new apartment to call home, I would highly recommend that you pick Riverstone Apartments first. They will do everything they can to accommodate and transition you to your new home. - C. Thomas 14108

We have been living here a few months now and have been pleasantly surprised by this place. It's reasonably priced, quiet, and everyone has been very friendly neighbors and staff included. I personly enjoy the location next to the bike path behind the complex and my roommate gushes about the AC quality. Great place for pet owners and small families.

This place is horrible. They never fix anything when it is broken. My dishwasher was broken many times and everytime they fixed it it was never fixed properly. When I moved out I expressed my concerns with my refund as they have taken a charge out of it. I told them to send me an itemized statement of all my Bill's and they decline to do so without me coming in to the office. Andrea disconnected the line on me after I asked for a manager. Granted I swore at the previous person but I did not call them any names.They dont want to help you. When I orginally moved in she is the person who told me that I was over charged and would get a refund on my first months bill. Then there was this rude guy who no longer works there who said she was wrong. How am I to trust them on their billing . DO NOT LIVE HERE. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS ISNT A GOOD PLACE

When we moved in people in the office told us they will change the carpet but they never did! Carpets were so dirty and smell ed so bad.You don't get what you pay for the price charged. Really dirty but expensive
Avoid at all costs! Do not move here. Making life inconvienent almost seems intentional with management here at Riverstone. Issues are not addressed to the point where it feels malicious but I suppose it could be ill-trained, imcompetent management and staff or even understaffing. Pay the extra rent somewhere else or drive the extra 10 minutes to work, trust me... it will save you stress, headaches, lost Christmas packages via the office, and sadly, car towing expenses from when a spouse was deployed overseas!
The Riverstone Apartments are my kind of place to live, the staff is friendly and they take care of my concerns with a smile. I'm considering asking for free rent just to see how long those smiles last but I think that might be pushing it. But even without the free rent, I'm happy to be living here! :-)
Before these new people in the office every thing was fine and the complex was always clean but the new staff are not friendly they don't do their job there is a lady named ,Andrea ,She is really rude .
Riverstone Apartments is a great place to live. The staff are friendly, They have swimming pools that are nice for the summer. Also it is close by the east area. And it's easy to get to town. I love living in my one bedroom apartment it's cozy and It has a nice patio.
This is a large apartment complex but it has a cozy appeal. It has mountain views, quiet and close to shopping and entertainment. It's a nice place to live.
