Maintenance is very quick. Parking is always available. Love my patio. if I had to change one thing, it would be upgrades to the amenities. Other than that, staff is also really cool.
Spent 2 years here and no real complaints. Mostly quite complex, clean, solid maintenance staff. Just not as updated as I would like appliance wise

Expensive, but I guess everywhere is now. Not bad, the high ceilings are nice. If you live on the top floor it will never get cool in the summer.

Everything about the apartment is perfect the services, the facilities, and the overall environment are excellent. The only things missing are a playground for the kids and a heated pool for year round swimming. With those additions, it would be absolutely perfect.

I can not say enough good things about Riverstone, the office staff, and maintenance. It is honestly like family with our neighbors. It feels comfortable between cooking and sharing meals, talking outside to catch up, and watching out for each other. We have never had to wait for maintenance,; they are the sweetest people ever. The office staff is caring and will do anything to ensure you feel safe and sound. Almost 3 years here, and we currently have no plans on leaving.

Beautiful apartments, clubhouse, and neighborhood coupled with nice neighborhood, pet friendly environment, great amenities and fast and friendly management and service is why I opt to stay. I came here from Minneapolis planning to just be here for a yr then buy a new home... but I just love it here so much that I've made it my home.

Lovely apartment complex! Our positives are that we Love seeing the seasonal changes with the trees throughout the year as the maintenance does a fantastic job up keeping the area. Also apartment itself is decently upgraded and maintenance team responds very promptly to issues. Location to Zona Rosa, Target, Walmart, and a playground also makes it a great spot to live. Things that can be improved are the mail box system, packages are constantly mixed up with other neighbors. Also some dog owners don’t care to pick up after their dogs. Lastly the trash pick up is inconsistent, sometimes they come really late in the evening and sometimes they don’t show up without any notice. The problem with this is the raccoons. Despite these things (hopefully they get fixed) I would recommend this apartment complex.

Very nice apartment. Good quiet community. Trail near by is wonderful to walk. Trash service is great and helpful. Pool and gym is a great plus.

I like living at Riverstone Apartments. I have been here for 6 years and am happy with the complex overall and I love my apartment. I enjoy the First Friday Senior group and playing Bunco. The complex has resident activities which I enjoy.

I had a great 5 years living in River stone apartments. I had very few issues in the 5 years and they were resolved very quickly. The staff has always been helpful and kind. The community was always clean and well taken care of, minus the trash compactor going out once a month, though the staff was always quick to get it back up and running. I will miss the community as I move, but new adventures and beginnings await. Thank you for a wonderful 5 years and i hope whoever moves in next has the same experience.

I've had an excellent experience so far. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Staff are responsive to requests and concerns. Our door was fixed the same day we put a request in. The gym is small, but has all the necessary basics one would need for a workout. It is a major plus that we have it. It saves me money since I don't need to get a gym membership. If you are a young couple like we are, I would definitely recommend living here.

They did not verify my Apt was clean before I moved in as it was not however they hired a cleaning company to clean it after I was moved in. The Cleaning Co then gave me a bit of a hassle but finally my Apt was cleaned. They also state they have a salt water pool, other residents I have met at the pool, we don’t believe it is as there is no smell/taste as such, just chlorine. The staff though are very nice and helpful.

Riverstone is a great community. I just started my 6th year here. Staff is efficient and friendly. Maintenance is prompt with work orders and friendly. Activities are planned for the whole community to participate in.

My washer/dryer unit went out, they ordered a new unit and said it would be here on Thursday (7/11/2024) and they would install it that same day which they did and they were very courteous and efficient. Highest praise for the maintenance team and office staff, that's why I enjoy living at Riverstone.

Beautiful landscaping and grounds that are kept nice. Apartments are well made and noises from others are kept to a minimum. Staff in office very helpful!

Really great place to live for all ages. Amenities are clean and area is quiet. The neighborhood has trails and walkable. Haven’t had any encounters with bugs in the apartment or vandals.

Very courteous, professional and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. The buildings are beautiful and the landscaping is pretty. Great amenities such as dog par, car wash. Clubhouse eith 24 hr fitness center.

Move in was super easy and the apartment was very clean and very well put together! Super excited for my wife and I to begin living there together!
Riverstone has been an excellent place to live. The entire staff team is great, amenities are great and the overall maintenance of the property is consistently great.

Love living here, it's close to everything I need from work to entertainment and convenient to any location you desire like the airport or great dining options. People are friendly here, what more could you ask for? Beautiful property that's well maintained and plenty of nice amenities with a great walking trail and pet area to boot. I highly recommend Riverstone, I have lived here for over 9 years.
I've been living here for 2 years and just renewed for another! I even convinced my bestie to move in. I absolutely love it!! Great community with beautiful nature, pool, and amenities! Plus they are quick to repair things and the management team is fabulous!
RENTERS BEWARE. If zero was an option, I’d pick that. Prices are rising while management decreases. Looking for a safe place? Amenities that your whole family can enjoy? Look somewhere else. Don’t let the nice looking buildings and features fool you because you can’t even use them…Walls aren’t insulated and other reviews preach truth on how they run business. Regular police activity and no security measures in place. Regularly visited property by people that don’t live here, making it unsafe to leave the apartment once we are inside. Want to walk your dog? Watch your step and your dog so they don’t eat anything. The dog park and entire walking path has dog poop and trash everywhere. Owners do not pick up and maintenance doesn’t either. It smells like poop outside because they don’t take care of trash or the grounds as they should considering the residents pay for it! Valet trash? Required (expensive) service they don’t enforce, so plan on walking your own trash to the dumpster. I don’t mind taking care of my trash, but don’t charge me for a service unless you’re actually giving it. Lawn maintenance and snow removal? Plan on shoveling your own path to your vehicle. Want a peaceful nights sleep? Don’t count on it. Noisy neighbors slamming doors and cabinets, loud vehicles all times of the day and night… office staff that doesn’t care. Oh yeah, I can hear when my neighbors flush their toilet too. Need something fixed? Don’t expect it done right or fast. They will slap a bandaid on it and mess something else up in the process. They also enter your property without notice. Love the privacy violations. Run. RUN away. Do not move here!!
We have only been here for 1 month but absolutely love it! The staff is super nice and accommodating. The perks are cool and the amenities are a great bonus. It makes coming home something to look forward to.
Great location, very safe area, great landscaping, well maintained, responsive to service requests, great pool and barbecue, nice clubhouse, gym and walking path.
The Riverstone Apartment complex is located in a beautiful setting. The apartments are spacious, walk in closets with in house laundry. Plenty of storage The attached garage was a decision maker.
A few little bumps but so far it's great. I'm very impressed with the maintenance personel. Love backing up to the trees. Should be beautiful in a few weeks.

Moved in recently. It was a good experience. Some of the people in the office were helpful. Only had a few minor problems when moved in but was fixed fast.
Great place to live. We are empty nesters and the complex is perfect for us.
I haven’t had any issues at all. Move in process was easy, staff is great and I love my view!! The tenant events are good. I attended the pumpkin carving with my niece and she had a blast!!
Amenities are well cared for, iv had few noses issues. The garage is a good size. Great area. Staff friendly and nice. Quick service on repairs.
Very nice place to lease! As my first apartment, i dont regret one bit my choice. In unit washer&dryer, no noisy neighbors, and not outdated at all !
Everyone was great and so informative. All my emails were answered in a timely manner with answers for all of my questions. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Overall, a great place to reside. Have been living here almost nine years!
