Property Ratings at Riverside South
I love my apartment and my neighbors. It's in a nice location with a lake just down the hill. It's located 15-20 minutes from Knoxville and close to anything you want or need. The neighbors are all so friendly and welcoming.
great location right on river quiet setting and affordable
Not a 5 star apartment but it has large rooms, clean, and the management is great. We have two swimming pools and have been nominated as one of the best apartment complexes around. Maintenance is great if you have a problem most of the time they are there right away. The apartments are out aways so almost like country across from the river. But, just minutes away from town. I moved here about two years ago and love it. My husband passed in March and I thought I would have trouble paying my rent, but they said if I had a problem they would work with me. You cant ask for better management than that. I have a two bedroom, one bath very large rooms. Kitchen is very large with washer dryer hookup. All other appliances are furnished. I pay only $420 a month and have all the perks of a more expensive complex. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
