Loving our place so far but it definitely didn’t seems professionally cleaned. Down if the tiles in the bath look like they were slapped on and the cement stuffed in. Besides that we’re loving our space and excited for our move.

Excellent amenities and management! This is truly one of the best places I have ever lived, and I’ve loved a lot of places. Plus, I find the location super convenient, right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail and convenient to downtown Greenville. I feel the rent is reasonable.

I love being right on the Swamp Rabbit, as well as the walkability to the grocery and cafe. The amenities are great as well. I love the coffee and Bevi machines. I am excited to try out the pool when it warms up.

I’ve had a frustrating experience living at Riverside Apartments, and I wouldn’t recommend it. 1. Maintenance Issues: The toilets are unreliable, and hot water takes forever. My shower leaked repeatedly, creating mold, and despite multiple repair attempts, it was never truly fixed. 2. Walls: The walls stain extremely easily, which is a nightmare for keeping the space looking clean. 3. Amenities: The gym is disappointing—no squat rack, minimal equipment, and the space is incredibly small. They advertise cold brew, but you only get a small 12oz cup per day, which feels like a pointless perk. 4. Community Management: People who don’t live here frequently use the dog park, pickleball court, and SRC, which is unfair to residents. Overall, the living experience does not match expectations, especially for the price. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Living at Riverside has honestly been amazing. I truly think this is the best apartment complex in Greenville. The price, amenities, people, and environment is honestly the best in the area. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to the area!

I was a bit hesitant moving into a corporate apartment complex after being a homeowner, based on past experiences, but Riverside has been completely amazing! The minor issues I had the first day were resolved within a couple of hours. The staff here are fantastic.

It’s been a great move. The staff is incredibly friendly. The two maintenance men are right on spot and know what they’re doing. Very quiet community. Well built apartments I can’t hear the neighbors. In a very good experience so far.

It has been a great experience so far! Everyone is super nice and has dogs. The amenities are great. The only thing is I wish I could use larger cups for the coffee machine. Both Andrea and Rebecca have been great, and Billy is super nice as well.

The community is well taken care of and what you would expect. The only downsides for me have been the lack of insulation where I can hear the neighbors above me even as they walk around their apartment and the lack of insulation from windows where you can hear road noise.

I love it here. The apartment complex is amazing, and they hold community get togethers every month. Everyone is so friendly. The complex is a short walk to Swamp Rabbit café, which is great for morning walks.

I’ve been living here since November 2022 and I like living here a lot. I would say a big downside is that they have been slow to respond to a lot of issues. I’m on the first floor and there was a lot of flooding near my patio. Took about a year for them to actually fix it. They said they would tow cars that are parked on EV spots and they don’t. I do like living near the swamp rabbit cafe and love the dog park.

My husband and I love it here so much! It’s such a beautiful place to come home to. We just love Greenville. It’s such a great location, right off the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We love that we can walk to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Hampton Station. The community is amazing here and so is the amenities and staff. We plan on staying here for a while. Highly recommend! We are trying to bring our friends and family to come live here because it’s so wonderful. It’s our happy place. Also, we love Billy, our maintenance guy! He’s the best! Riverside is top notch!

I like living here. Wish the pet park was bigger and the rent wasn’t so high. I like the staff and the free cold brew. My puppy loves it here and I like being next to the swamp rabbit cafe.

My wife and I have been here for over two years now. We love so much about this complex. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The area is great. From the Swamp Rabbit Trail to the easy access to downtown. The amenities are great and the community activities are fun.

I truly enjoy living in Riverside apartments. They are spacious and comfortable. The amenities are such a plus. When summer came around I enjoyed being by pool and relaxing. The coffee service is spectacular as I am a coffee lover! I would highly recommend Riverside to anyone I know!

We love living in Riverside for every reason! The place is clean and private, while also having friendly tenants and staff! We love the location as well with so many fun things to do together on date nights. We have made it a tradition to sit by the fire place and get the free hot chocolate every night together. This apartment complex is absolutely phenomenal! The amenities, staff, and being right next to Swamp Rabbit Trail, Swamp Rabbit Café & Grocery, 2 miles from downtown, are just a few of the highlighted reasons this apartment is such a nice place to live!

Riverside is an incredible place to live. I’ve been here for almost 8 months. Moved here from California in November. The team is great and the environment is incredible. I love being by the cafe & the swamp rabbit trail. Only thing is that the dog spa does not get cleaned daily. It’s usually pretty dirty and also sometimes my trash doesn’t get picked up. Other than that, it’s an incredible place to live.

I LOVE the firepit. The closeness to the trail. The gym-- which I use 4 days a week! The peace outside and how well the grounds are kept. The staff is amazing and kind. It is a joy to be here.

Amazing, streamlined move in process. Great staff, very helpful. Beautiful, clean community and everyone between the residents and staff are friendly. Right next to Swamp Rabbit trail and a quick walk to Unity Park. Would recommend to anyone!
