I have lived at Greenhill for 2 years and I can't say enough good things about it. It is fully furnished and exceptionally clean. When there has been a maintenance issue (which is rarely) they are quick to respond and fix any issues. The office staff is extremely helpful, polite, and professional, and they are always having events to get you acquainted with the community. The saltwater pool is absolutely amazing, and the clubhouse is an extra amenity providing a gym, tanning bed, and a place to unwind. Anyone considering moving to the Radford area will not find a better place to call home for you and your pets. It truly is the best place in Radford to live.

I have been so pleased with GreenHill apartments! Super clean, great appliances, very spacious bedrooms and a great living room. Has a lot of natural light and I couldn’t live in a better apartment for such a good price! Highly recommend this place.

Stay away! My son, a Radford student, moved in three weeks ago and the apt is trash. They put in a maintenance request for more then 20 problems and have not had anyone even show up to work on any of them. Even the front door lock that is not working correctly because it had been kicked in at one time. They can not use there dryer because the vent is missing. He has gone to the office on several occasions and has been told they put in a maintenance request but still no one!

I pay half the cost here of what i was paying elsewhere last year. Their prices are really good. The apartments are right on the river walk which I love. The internet is really fast, and I like the events they have. Great place to live and i can walk to campus, or ride transit from the bus stop.

Greenhill is a good place to live. Its close to campus and they offer lots of free events, shirts, food, and they just upgraded the internet. The units are furnished and well maintained. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Becky is super helpful and always willing to listen to me and my roommates about suggestions. It's cheaper than other places when you add up internet and utilities. Other then rent, I only pay electric here. Everything else is included. The pool & free tanning is my fav!! Everything is always clean too not like the other places I've visited in Radford. My roommates and I love living here and have renewed for another year. It'll be tough moving out into the real world when I actually have to pay for all the stuff that Greenhill offers for free. LOL

As a graduate student with lots of friends at different apts in Radford, I can tell you without a doubt that Greenhill is your best bet. Visiting my friends at their apts as given me a complete understanding for "you get what you pay for". They ALL wish they lived here at Greenhill so they could've saved money while at school but they thought it was too far away. Although you cross the bridge, Greenhill is pretty close to campus. Which is kinda funny since they all chill at my place. I also have a fully furnished unit & my own washer/dryer in my unit. They just upgraded the internet (also free) and I get to keep my dog here. The cable, water & trash is also free. While comparing what we each pay for housing, I pay $250 LESS each month than my friends are paying. I've also never had any issues with the office or maintenance people. If you like saving your money, just live at Greenhill. The staff are helpful and not in your business all the time like at the other places in town.

I moved into Greenhill this past August and it was the best decision I could have made about coming to Radford!! My apartment was very clean upon move-in and anytime I need anything repaired, the staff and maintenance team are very quick, friendly, and helpful. Greenhill is a very good experience and I would recommend living here in a heart beat!

I love living at Greenhill. I have a large bedroom and my own bathroom. I am able to have my dog here and we love how close we are to the park. The internet is free with my rent and that is helpful too. I was roommate matched and that worked out wonderfully. My roommate and I have become best friends so glad I rented here.

Management is horrible and the apartment itself isn't anything special either especially for the price. The apartments are furnished and cable and internet is included, but the furniture is dated and falling apart and the internet and cable are less than stellar. When I first moved in my belongings were stolen by someone who worked for Greenhill and my experience did not get much better. I was charged for couch damage and bar stool damage that was there prior to when I moved in. Management is rude and hateful compared to the old staff who I originally signed my lease with. If at all possible, I highly suggest you stay away from Greenhill!

Greenhill is the dirtiest place I have ever had to stay in. I thought I was getting a good deal by not having to pay water, sewer, cable, internet, and whatever else they pay, but the amount of bugs in the apartment make me wish I lived anywhere else even if it costs more. I even thought about sleeping in my car it was so unsanitary. Being that it's such a good deal I guess you get what you pay for.

1) Office staff gave me so much unneeded headache when I first moved in. 2) When given a notice for maintenance to come in they give you a notice of " anytime between the days of the 6th and 14th"... I want to be there when they enter. 3) Maintenance staff are so hateful and had to call and complain about them several times. 4) They tell you your apartment will be XYZ and it's nothing but embellishment. Our neighbor was told they'd have a studio apartment with a full kitchen and bedroom. Reality was a bedroom that ran into what wouldn't be considered half of a kitchen. Just one example. They may look nice but the staff makes it a horrible experience.

Greenhill is the best option for students attending RU. The units are well maintained and the staff is easy to work with. I've lived here for 3 years and the units are much better at Greenhill than some of my friends apts that aren't located at Greenhill. I save money here because the cable, internet, and furniture is all included. Maintenance is quick to arrive when needed and they take care repairs in a professional manner. The events are fun and they always have some kind of free food for the residents! I'm happy that I picked Greenhill as my home while in Radford!

Some psychotic (potentially intoxicated) student broke into our apartment using a key he owned and Greenhill responded in the most unprofessional and gauche way imaginable. It is possible that he is a former tenant and they do not change the locks from term to term, but I'm unsure of the details. After reporting to management, they responded that they will NOT change the locks (citing some off excuse-essentially translating that they are cheap/lazy), blamed it on us (claiming we probably didn't lock our door), and then proceeded to pass the responsibility elsewhere claiming we should have law enforcement deal with it. We had to bring in a third party to resolve this issue (in addition to our complaints) before they FINALLY did the right thing and changed the locks. Greenhill made it an extremely unpleasant and difficult experience. I've never seen a company this unprofessional before. As you can imagine, this is not their only bad decision, just the most recent. You know how in a group project there's always that one really lazy person who is UNBELIEVABLY dumb and you wonder how they get up in the morning without hurting themselves? That's Greenhill management.

It is a fully furnished apartment. Comfortable living conditions and the complex offers many amenities such as a pool, gym, volleyball courts, and basketball courts. The apartments are pet friendly as well. The main issues were that a lot of stuff didn't work in the apartment, like the dryer, washer, and stove. The fans in the bathroom rarely worked and I had no AC for the first week. The complex also isn't too quick to fix maintenance issues in the apartment.
