Unfortunately recently the office has been awful with communication. Just this week I submitted an emergency maintenance request because I found ants in my apartment and it has been 3 days and the ants are still here living with me rent free. I have called everyday and I either get no one answering the phone or empty promises that maintenance will come and then they never show up. No one has even attempted to contact me first. Very disappointed.

Nice place to live. Although the area has slipped a bit, I still enjoy living here. Maintenance has been very prompt and management is friendly. Sometimes a little overwhelmed so may take some time for changes. Overall, I would recommend Rivers Edge.

Everything is fine so far except that our tub is chipping paint, noticed black mold under the sink but that's all. Everyone is nice so far. Not to sound mean but need to be honest

Found a lot of chipped paint, chipped dry wall, kitchen counter is peeling. The master bedroom toilet is constantly running. Neighbors did not give good responses on how the building is managed. Windows are super old, yet we're paying the fee of a mortgage. Poor paint job through out the unit. There are slabs of paint on windows. But I love all the amenities that this property offers. It's a home for the time. Bonus points that we are right by the elevators & exit. Gracious for the experience to be a tenant here. Hopefully more people will join the team to meet tenants demands.

Great location in the heart of downtown Waukesha! Plenty of amenities including gym, game room, and pet washing room. Communication from the office is much improved regarding water shutoffs, garage door issues, etc. The maintenance staff are outstanding. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and quick responding to any issues. The grounds are kept up very nicely, but the dog area is getting a bit overgrown. I recommend living here.

I can give 3.5 because of issues with the air conditioner. I am staying in a single bedroom. I have to put the door open and turn on as to cool down my bedroom temperature the whole night

Very loud hallways, poor communication and the building is not in good shape. As I write this the water is shut off to our ENTIRE building for 7hours AND this is the second time in less than a month they’ve done this for repairs! Serious plumbing issues and no discount to rent or anything to make up for the fact that we cannot have regular use of water, not to mention maintenance does not have a good record with follow up. Honestly disappointed and wish we had moved to a different complex downtown.

Don't have too much to say since I've only been a resident for a week now. So far things are good, but the only issue I have is that I don't get email responses when I have a question. I have to actually call and speak to someone to get my questions answered.

It's a great place to call home. The location is fantastic, with many bus lines right outside the door. Ox quiet and the access to the building and entrances are great. The coffee bar is a nice touch and the common areas are clean.

Decent complex with available amenities. I enjoy living here for the proximity to downtown Waukesha as well as the complex’s available Gym and reservable party room. Cons would be a lack parking unless you pay extra for a garage spot, and the need for some better sound proofing. Otherwise a nice place to live. They have events and keep the communal areas clean too.

Building is falling apart. Too high priced and prices keep raising. They nickle and dime you for everything. Nothing gets fixed around here. The elevator for stairs 4 has been broken for a month. Apartment leasing office leaves messes sit.
So far so great! Everyone at the leasing office is super nice and maintenance is as well with speedy repair time! The apartments are nice and the area is wonderful as well.

Staff is great and really nice but over the past 2 years just have had a lot of maintenance issues. Amenities are nice and events are fun when I am able to attend. However, there is very limited free parking so if you want to not have to search for a spot in the middle of winter outside you are basically forced to pay for parking in the garage. The garage is heated but we are paying 110 just for parking for 2 cars. Our sewer bill has also gotten outrageous where at other places it is 10 dollars on top of the water. We pay more for sewage than water every month. The price is just not feasible for us anymore so we will be moving. Overall the apartments themselves are nice (renovated ones). I did enjoy my time here for the most part!

Very quiet place most of the time except for the dogs. The hallways, laundry rooms and elevator areas could be cleaned better but I don’t leave my apartment too much as I am in a wheelchair. I get along with all the other residents they all seems to be very nice. All in all I would say I am very happy here

My family and I love living here. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We love having our packages delivered and put in the package room where it’s easy to pick up. The monthly event is fun and you can see and meet other residents.

So far the residents are nice and there isn't much noise. My only critics would be that there are some things that need repairs and or the installation to be completed. Microwave to big for the location it is placed in. Tiles in the kitchen is damaged and peeling from the installation of washer and dryer. Master bed room inner windows missing on both sides and are installed on the wrong track, and celling fan is slightly damaged. Other than these minor flaws, the living space is relatively nice, and the view is great depending on which side of the building you are set up in.

Things have been less than standard. Garage door & elevator have frequently been broken. The garage has not been power washed for 2 years. The halls & elevators are not cleaned well enough or often enough like previously. I love my apartment & location but it is not the same as when I moved in sadly.

Close to downtown and lots of amenities! Only thing I would change is having more parking available and adding rugs to the hallways to help with noise since everything seems to echo out there.
I liked the apartments and the amenities provided by the community. I also liked the lake view for the evenings and also liked the surroundings.

Lots of amenities. Some loud neighbors but they calm down at night. Garage openers barely work but they try to make things right. Overall pretty good.

Building is a lot nicer than expected. But as expecting a fully updated unit and it’s only semi. It’s still nice and clean. A lot more amenities but not a lot of parking

Nice river view from balcony, updated unit with w/has nice appliances only down side for unit is no central ac and radiator turn on valve is behind where most folks would put their entertainment center so difficult to get to. For parking, unless you are willing to pay for a garage spot, if one is available, or for city street parking, there is very limited free lot parking available.

I enjoy living here I just wish they would have re mulched my courtyard like all the others :( . I also wish the community events were a lil earlier or later because I can never make them .
