Rivers Edge Apartments

Move in this month and Rochelle and Jasmine have been the best!!! Very helpful, didn’t have no problem answering the 1000 questions I asked.

Would love to see some new mulch in our courtyard. Love the plants and the dog station that we finally got ??. Bug problem is better and probably just needs one more spray for the building .

Don't have too much to say since I've only been a resident for a week now. So far things are good, but the only issue I have is that I don't get email responses when I have a question. I have to actually call and speak to someone to get my questions answered.

I just moved in this month and already love my apartment. The community is already super kind and the environment is perfect the apartment was clean when I moved in and perfect nothing to complain about

10/10 would recommend Rivers Edge Apartments. The complex is clean and well maintained, the landscaping is well cared for, and the people are friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and resolve issues/concerns and the leasing office is always ready to help and answer any questions.

Great location in downtown Waukesha along the river. Nice amenities with a friendly staff. The maintenance staff are responsive to calls and do an outstanding job.

Very clean apartments! I moved in sight unseen and am pleasantly surprised by all the features, amenities, and care put into the complex. The staff is wonderful, as well!

Quick response to maintenance issues. Friendly and helpful office staff. Grounds are generally well maintained offering a pleasant atmosphere. Building interiors are also well maintained.

The entire building is clean, secure and comfortable. The apartment is well kept with maintenance on site, laundry on site, and amenities are easily accessible.

The experience at Rivers Edge is pretty good! They make sure their residents issues and fixed swiftly and promptly and have no problem accommodating

It's a great place to call home. The location is fantastic, with many bus lines right outside the door. Ox quiet and the access to the building and entrances are great. The coffee bar is a nice touch and the common areas are clean.

Decent complex with available amenities. I enjoy living here for the proximity to downtown Waukesha as well as the complex’s available Gym and reservable party room. Cons would be a lack parking unless you pay extra for a garage spot, and the need for some better sound proofing. Otherwise a nice place to live. They have events and keep the communal areas clean too.

It's a great community and wonderful people. I love the amenities. The events the apartment complex has people come and we get to socialize more with people in our apartment building plus the other two they have.

I love my apt. & the view from my balcony. My only problem is that now we have to pay for things that were free when we moved in here 11years ago.

Love the place, in the midst of a divorce currently and was looking for a place and location that felt like home, but more importantly that was safe for my kids. This fit the mold!

Building is falling apart. Too high priced and prices keep raising. They nickle and dime you for everything. Nothing gets fixed around here. The elevator for stairs 4 has been broken for a month. Apartment leasing office leaves messes sit.

So far so great! Everyone at the leasing office is super nice and maintenance is as well with speedy repair time! The apartments are nice and the area is wonderful as well.

I just moved in. The office Manager is wonderful! Rochelle made it quick and easy. The apartment was clean and bright, and everything worked. The Riverwalk is outside my door. I am so happy here. What more could you ask for?

Rivers Edge has offered fantastic amenities, customer service, and housing options. The location is perfect; close to shopping, parks, walking trails, and seasonal activities. Management is very responsive to issues/concerns, and they are always ready to help.

Staff is great and really nice but over the past 2 years just have had a lot of maintenance issues. Amenities are nice and events are fun when I am able to attend. However, there is very limited free parking so if you want to not have to search for a spot in the middle of winter outside you are basically forced to pay for parking in the garage. The garage is heated but we are paying 110 just for parking for 2 cars. Our sewer bill has also gotten outrageous where at other places it is 10 dollars on top of the water. We pay more for sewage than water every month. The price is just not feasible for us anymore so we will be moving. Overall the apartments themselves are nice (renovated ones). I did enjoy my time here for the most part!

Very quiet place most of the time except for the dogs. The hallways, laundry rooms and elevator areas could be cleaned better but I don’t leave my apartment too much as I am in a wheelchair. I get along with all the other residents they all seems to be very nice. All in all I would say I am very happy here

My family and I love living here. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We love having our packages delivered and put in the package room where it’s easy to pick up. The monthly event is fun and you can see and meet other residents.

I love the place and the amenities. The leasing off is so nice too. This place is truly a needle in a haystack find. I’m glad I found it and there was an available apartment in my price range

So far the residents are nice and there isn't much noise. My only critics would be that there are some things that need repairs and or the installation to be completed. Microwave to big for the location it is placed in. Tiles in the kitchen is damaged and peeling from the installation of washer and dryer. Master bed room inner windows missing on both sides and are installed on the wrong track, and celling fan is slightly damaged. Other than these minor flaws, the living space is relatively nice, and the view is great depending on which side of the building you are set up in.

Things have been less than standard. Garage door & elevator have frequently been broken. The garage has not been power washed for 2 years. The halls & elevators are not cleaned well enough or often enough like previously. I love my apartment & location but it is not the same as when I moved in sadly.

Close to downtown and lots of amenities! Only thing I would change is having more parking available and adding rugs to the hallways to help with noise since everything seems to echo out there.

I liked the apartments and the amenities provided by the community. I also liked the lake view for the evenings and also liked the surroundings.

We have been here about ten years and have been very happy! We have been pleased with maintenance and the upkeep of the buildings. We plan on being here for a while.

Lots of amenities. Some loud neighbors but they calm down at night. Garage openers barely work but they try to make things right. Overall pretty good.

Building is a lot nicer than expected. But as expecting a fully updated unit and it’s only semi. It’s still nice and clean. A lot more amenities but not a lot of parking

Nice river view from balcony, updated unit with w/has nice appliances only down side for unit is no central ac and radiator turn on valve is behind where most folks would put their entertainment center so difficult to get to. For parking, unless you are willing to pay for a garage spot, if one is available, or for city street parking, there is very limited free lot parking available.

These apartments and features are more than we could have ever wanted. We love it here!! We love the office and the location that we are in. Love the downtown area as well as the Fox River

I enjoy living here I just wish they would have re mulched my courtyard like all the others :( . I also wish the community events were a lil earlier or later because I can never make them .

So far the apartment complex is super nice and accommodating.. I enjoy the nice and friendly atmosphere. It’s cool we can rent a room for parties.

Every step of the way has been easy and seamless, from the application process to moving in, Rivers Edge management team is communicative and pleasant to work with.

Great location in the heart of downtown Waukesha. Friendly, responsive staff and an outstanding maintenance crew! A game room is available 24 hours a day as is a fitness center.

It feels great living in river's edge apartments. A great community and peaceful place. A cool riverview and an awesome neighborhood to live with.

Finally making some friends. Enjoying my time here and really liking the residents that I am meeting. I appreciate the get togethers that management puts on for the residents. A very nice gesture and a good way for the residents to mingle

My family are enjoying living here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is friendly and they do a good job cleaning the hallway and laundry room.

The hallways smell good, and our apartment looks great. There are a few minor damages to the apartment upon move in but overall good. Front desk is helpful

Great location- I love walking along the riverwalk and around downtown waukesha. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend getting an indoor parking spot as soon as you move in to avoid being put on the waitlist. Outdoor parking is very minimal.

Apartments are nice, maintenance is quick at responding. Ample laundry facilities, multiple on each floor. Package room is nice and organized. Courtyard/dog areas are well-maintained, haven't gotten a chance to use the grill yet. My only big gripe is the parking, the surface lots are almost nonexistent and dimly lit, and underground parking (starting at $50 a month) is very sparse and you'll likely need to be put on a wait list to get a spot. Would recommending getting a municipal lot permit and parking in the lot on the corner of Barstow and Main so there's an option if the road and parking lots are full.

Amazing community, loves pets, and prime location! We love this place and are excited to build our family here! Oh and the front office folks are a Godsend!

Very friendly staff and residents. Nice downtown location. The apartment seems roomy and airy, with a lot of natural light and there are multiple layouts to choose from.

I love the atmosphere here at Rivers Edge. Everyone has been extremely nice; staff and residents both have been amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and communicated effectively to help me understand some things. The residents have been extremely welcoming and help any questions I may have about where stuff is in the building or nearby.

The staff has been incredibly helpful and alway quick to assist with any request I have. When I first eneted my apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by how move-in ready it was. I really appreciate the amenities lik the fitness room, dog park, laundry area, and package room-it's so convenient for receivingdeliveries.

Terrible living with tenants above me!and the constant noise in bedroom that sounds like a MRI machine!other wise apartment and walking around the area is nice !

Beautiful environment, wonderful staff and we love our place that we've made our home! It is also great to have so much available in the downtown Waukesha area. This is definitely where we'd like to remain for the foreseeable future.

We only just took over our lease, and have had a wonderful experience with Rochelle and the leasing office. We can't wait to really settle in!
