By far the worst application experience I have ever been through. All of their phone and email systems are automated and it's impossible to actually speak to anyone at the apartments without calling 3 times in a row. Over 20 emails over the course of a month, not a single response beyond look at our website, even though the website says speak to a representative. A dozen voicemails left and zero reply. Forced to sign up for an account on their application site that no one actually updates. When you complete an application you are sent to a random website without any instructions beyond "enter you're bank account number, enter your banking password" Absolutely disgusting and infuriating process. Waste of hours of time and all the application fees. These people and this company an absolute joke.

I had three minor repairs needed, and Araya assisted me with scheduling the best time for me. I was contacted in less than 24 hours, and repairs were handled quickly and efficiently. Santiago is a great asset to the Team, and the whole Maintenance team, and office too!

I love it here. I don’t hear my neighbors inside of my apartment, the community is quiet, it doesn’t feel overcrowded-even at the pool. It’s a nice place to live.

Lovely location by the rivet. Family friendly, good location close to shopping , bus line,the rivet and park and golf course. All big towns within a close drive. Great place to raise a family.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Id live it a zero if I could. The absolute worst place to live for so many reasons!! Management does not care about you or your complaints about other tenants or repairs that need to be done. There is supposed to be one car per household and don't take action when tenants have multiple cars and park in guest parking and are well aware of it. There is no guest parking because of it, so no visitors allowed if you live here because there is no where to park! It's also come to my attention there is now a leasing agent who works in the office who is currently living in the clubhouse that is for tenants use which no one has access to now when it's advertised it's a yoga room online!! It's not even an apartment and the tenants have one less amenity and it's not even an apartment!! How does an apartment manager with any sense allow this! I am currently reporting them to the City of Gladstone as Corporate does not take anyone's calls about this garbage property and will hang up on you cause they are tired of the complaints. Unbelievable!

I've lived here at Rivergreens Apartments for 11 years now. The grounds are always kept clean, and the staff very friendly. When you need any repairs, they are on top of it. They are always helpful. I feel safe living here. Close to bike trails, the river, and the gym is very nice. This is a place that I call home.

I am so relieved I picked Rivergreens. Maintenance is amazingly fast. I’ve have seen issued be solved in the best interest of both parties. The complex is surrounded by trees and a golf course. My apartment is well insulated. The freeway is pretty close, but the trees help with noise

Easy to apply, application process was fast. Apartments are in good shape and the area is clean. Quiet area despite being so close to the freeway and other major roads. Staff have been nice and professional when I’ve interacted with them.

The staff here are kind and easy to communicate with, move-in day was a very smooth process and easy to complete. The neighbors are also very kind and thoughtful, parking is a bit tight but there is parking across the street at a bar/grill for when it is too full here. And there is river access!

I've lived in the Rivergreen Community for 11 years now. My building is next to the main office, which makes me feel safe. Most of the neighbors are very nice and considerate. The grounds are always kept nice. The ladies in the office are very friendly and eager to help if needed. They really do care about you. The Maintenance guys are great! Very helpful! Always smile and waves when they see you. It's nice to come home.

Love that it is super pet friendly, awesome location for ease of access to freeways and stores and just off the main road.
Ive loved living here at Rivergreens in my long tenure. Our manager and staff here are wonderful! My only complaints would be the outrageous rent increases in recent years, and the fact that there isnt enough parking for the residents, let alone guests. Also, despite gross rent increases, the budget for grounds keeping has been cut, hence no barkdust any longer for patio area behind buildings, and grounds are not kept well in general. Otherwise these apartments are large, designed with character, and are managed and maintained by wonderful staff!
I love living at Rivergreens apartments. Its is 4 miles from my work on hwy 212. It is so easy to commute for my husband as well. Being as the apartments share a golf course, the air is fresh and you can always hear happy birds chirping outside. The apartments are very well insulated. The occasional shower can be heard but is not abrasive. The amenities are well taken care of. All the issues that I have had which accumulate to three or four have been dealt with by the extraordinary awesome maintenance team, they are faster then lightning around here! I absolutely love my slice of paradise in this crazy area
Hi, my name is Logan, and I’ve been living at the Rivergreens Apartments since June 2020, and so far, this is the best management I’ve ever had the pleasure of living under. Regina and Austin are so sweet, and compassionate. They will do anything they can to help with whatever your needs may be, and with a smile, it’s great. The maintenance is usually pretty on point with your requests, too! With the crazy pandemic, the fires all around, and even the ice storm, I never felt like I couldn’t rely on this apartment complex to make sure things got handled properly. Absolutely in love with living here so far :)

This is a beautiful apartment complex that I have called home for many years now. Living walking distances to many waking and bike riding trails is a huge plus! The grounds are always kept up, the maintenance and office staff are extremely friendly!
Best maintenance staff ever! So welcoming, kind, and always waving and asking questions. They are the best and should be praised and rewarded for that.
In general, it's a good place to live, pricey as heck; for the most part, you get what you paid for. management is communicative but stern, maintenance is outstanding, parking is a nightmare beyond paid for spots, and due to the COVID-19 virus, the clubhouse and pool are closed. oh! and there is a bus line into and out from portland that gets you there in 30 minutes.
Disaster of an apartment complex. Management doesn't care about anything. Maintenance has become a sick joke in itself. Complaints about noise from other tenants, and their children will get you the silent treatment while the manager does NOTHING to address any issues. The rent is surprising high for a dated complex. New tenants get saddled with paying sewage & water bills in addition to all the other things.
I have lived here for over 5 years and I have to say one the greates benefits of Rivergreens Apts. is definitely the maintenance service. On Saturday Jan 27th Santiago and Elias (maintenance personal) came over to my apartment to complete a maintenance request, those guys went above and beyond to fixed my request. They guys showed up right on time, they were respectful to my time and needs, they were fast and fixed/replaced what I need it. Santiago has been showing up to my door for over 5 years taking care of my maintenance needs and has never failed to dona great job. Elias showing always respect for tenants and doing his best as well. Maintenance by far, is one of the greates ammenadies of Rivergreens Aprtments! You would love to live here worry free of any maintenance needs.

The management is nice when you meet face to face but they do not return phone calls, I always have to go to the office to if I can't get through on the phone. They are working to fix issues in my unit. My unit was not properly prepared before I moved in. So far they have had to replace the washer/dryer, all vinyl floors, window screens, several electrical outlets, as well as recleaned and repainted. Yesterday my oven door handle broke off and now there is an ant infestation. The square footage is great for a one bedroom and the interior noise is minimal. The smoking is another issue. Rules are no smoking in the units, on the decks or within 15 ft of the buildings. Even with visual and photographic proof of my neighbor smoking in her unit and on her deck, it will take months to remedy the issue. In the meantime, her smoke enters my apartment through my windows and bathroom vent. She also drops her ashes on my plants every day. Management will not let me out of my lease without me paying the lease break fee yet they are not quick to call and/or give notice to the violating neighbor. I was kindly told today they are just busy and for me to keep calling them. This apartment has great potential if it would be taken care of properly and you are lucky enough to have respectful neighbors.

I have lived at the Rivergreens apartments for about 18 months now. Every since I have moved in I have been treated great. The size of my 1 bedroom apartment is what I like the most. It is 850 square feet. My bedroom is very large and I have so many closets to store things in this apartment. The grounds are always kept up and clean and the maintenance is superb. Everything is done in a timely manner and you can request maintenance and pay rent online. I love that! The only thing that makes this apartment not a 5 star is the location. The Gladstone area is far from the city and there are not any good restaurants or fun things to do around here. Also some of the other tenants seem very sketchy. My next door neighbor has stolen packages that were delivered to my front door. I know its not the apartment complexes fault because they have to accept all sorts of people but I dometimes don't feel safe living alone. Overall I love this apartment just wish it was closer to the Portland.

Just not the cabinetry, appliances and the fact that it allows smoking. Otherwise maintenance and staff are great.
