HORRIBLE
This place is horrible with a do nothing, but claim to management. I can't wait to leave the second my lease is up. Things are falling apart Management just ignores messages There is no respect for anyone here

I love my apartment living at the Rivergate Apartments in Sacramento, CA. The complex grounds are well kept. Anytime I submit a maintenance form, it is promptly addressed by management. I have been a proud tenant for 8 happy years. I feel secure in my gated surrounded complex. the management team here is very hands on and polite, they call me by name. I would refer anyone I encounter to become a tenant. I appreciate the ability to do laundry on the grounds and have full access to the pool and party room.
