This is a very awesome place and the ladies upfront very kind and welcoming. Affordable and spacious. Best of all at move in is the fill your fridge gift card very helpful to put groceries in you pantry and fridge. Love it here!

The Rivercrest Staff is so friendly and really helped and made things easy throughout the application process! They make you feel welcomed and there are so many amenities with this complex that others just don’t have! I would highly recommend living here!

I loved living here! They are located in a great location, close to shopping and not far from the freeway. The amenities are very nice with a new pool area. The staff is exceptional. They are kind caring and easy to work with. All this for an affordable price. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new home.

Its a nice place. The apartment was just what i was looking for. Friendly neighbors and in a nice part of town. Everything went smoothly with my move in. The staff was friendly and professional. They were very helpful throughout the entire process.

From the application process to moving in, it has all been super easy. The staff is so friendly and walk you through everything step by step. My fiancé and I love how close we are to the canyon and the trail. It’s a clean and quiet apartment community, there’s a small gym, laundry, and a pool that just got remodeled. We’ve been here a month now and we’re very happy we decided to move here.

Clean, best maintained apartments in the Twin Falls area! Amenities galore!! Friendly and caring staff. All your needs are close by! Walk to the canyon rim. Pet-friendly! I will enjoy living here for a long time.

This property is amazing. It is clean and well maintained. They have a pool, hot tub, gym, playground, and even an on site laundry in their club house! All staff are friendly, and willing to help!

Just need to be aware of any type early termination, I no longer work in the area due to losing my job and relocating out of area. I have to keep renting my place even though they are 100% occupied. Because the fees to terminate early are a minimum of $4000 and they have know compassion to help. We also had to have our Refrigerator, stove and water heater replaced in just 6 months. Took 3 refrigerators to be brought in before one worked. Terrible customer appreciation with this company.

I love it. The staff is very friendly. I love my apartment. I've had to call maintenance and they are very helpful. I'd recommend Rivercrest Apartments to anyone that likes peace and quiet.

This apartment complex is by far the nicest in Twin Falls. Not only does it cater to families, with the pool and playground, but it offers a gym, a spa, the ability to have small pets, and the cleanest, quietest environment an apartment complex could have.

I love Being here it’s quiet 3 bedroom and 2 bath there is lot more room and you can have family over to visit it’s really nice it’s a nice place in the summer u have a swimming area hot tub year long exercise room intell 10:00 pm pool area mail room Landry room I love it

Brianna & T’keya have been amazing to us since we moved in last November, always a warm welcome when we pick up mail or drop off rent. Eagerd is find solutions for us when we run into problems. We absolutely love living here.

This is my boyfriend and I’s first apartment together and we love it, all the staff are great and it’s so quiet and fits our lifestyle nicely!

From my understanding they switched management a few months back. The office management continues to harass my ex wife who lives there with our son, I watch him to help out and cut back on cost. She has cut her pool key off, she has ripped my name off packages from them cuz my name was on the package and it was costumes for my son but I don’t live there so Made it difficult to find them, and one of the packages was a Spider-Man costume my son had earned for hard work in school, he was so disappointed to not have that package the day it said delivered. She’s unpleasant and rude to deal with: I’m sharing this cause anyone will smile and be nice when it’s time to sign a lease, it’s what comes after that you may want to consider.

I was concerned when they didn’t let me see the apartment until the day I moved in. My heart sunk as I walked through it, it was a dive. My fridge only worked from the middle to the front. My oven overheated constantly and burned through to the stove, melting everything on top of it. The dishwasher melted things and only dried dishes sometimes. The carpet was disgusting, rolled and frayed. The lights fixtures are from the 80’s and only half the outlets work. I put in work orders and nothing was fixed, so I quit. They nickel and dime you for everything!! Always raise rent. My neighbors were very loud but I figured it was apartment living so never complained about it. Yet, they complained when my boys played. When I moved out, they charged me for things I didn’t put work orders in for... even though it was broken before I moved in. It’s only a nice place in the pictures. As for the carpet, they said they still weren’t going to replace it!

We have lived at Rivercrest for over a year and just love the friendly helpful staff. It is very family oriented with fun events happening all year long.

I have lived here for just under one year. I couldn't be happier. We have a great group of people in the other apartments around us, that makes it even better. My apartment is nice and I enjoy the peace and quiet I have there. I believe its comparable in price for what we get there; Workout room, clubhouse, pool, hot tub. I have the Shoshone Executive: 2 bed 2 bath, on the 3rd floor. Love all the room and vaulted ceilings.

They keep your deposit regardless the apartment is left clean and well kept. They ask for over $1000.00 for deposit and over charge for small things such as: covers for the stove etc. They make sure they keep your deposit no matter what. They also charge a mandatory fee for rental insurance. The manager is inconsiderate and biased. Her assistant sells clothes during working hours. If you are willing to spend your money this is a place to live. It is not a safe place to live. I had many countless nights with no sleep due to the loud music. It is not worth to live here. The manager and assistant are nice at the beginning, but once you sign the 12 month lease they are cruel and have no empathy for the residents.

These guys sure know how to nickle and dime you. They have fees for every little infraction under the sun, and to use some of their amenities. Plus they make you sign up for their renters liability and a normal insurance doesn't count. Don't get me wrong it is a very nice place to live, they are very friendly just be prepared to spend almost a hundred dollars over the advertised rent price a month.

These apartments were very nice. I really wanted to rent one, but they only allow service animals & I have pets.
