We are very happy here!! The people are each so friendly and helpful. Our only problem is when it rains and we have extreme puddles in front of our unit. My husband uses a walker and I worry about him falling. Otherwise all is great.
I have been here for almost 7 months now and I couldn't be happier. Beautiful apartment, newly renovated and fresh looking. Staff is helpful and kind and its quiet and clean!

Rivercrest has been by far the best place we have lived. I’ve lived at Rivercrest for 2 years now. The amount rent is raised is ridiculous, the management is poor and does not do what they tell you they will. Parking is a nightmare and maintenance takes at minimum 2 weeks.

Please save yourself from ever moving here, it’s nothing but pure issues and the rent is so expensive for what your actually getting. Nothing but full on noise, NO PARKING open anywhere unless you want to waste your money for a parking spot!!!!! Just absolutely terrible

Sadly since Marie and Adriana have left the River crest apartment management and office, the maintenance hasnt been taken care of as when they were here at Rivercrest Meadowss Marie and Adriana used to take care of everything to five star and now since theyve left this work order was neglected

Rivercrest Meadows is beautiful and quaint. Its located in a quiet area of Tualatin, right by the Tualatin River. The management and maintenance staff is great and always super friendly and helpful.

Great community to live!
This is the most amazing staff and maintenance team I have ever had to deal with in regards to living in a bigger complex. Marie and her team are very responsive and go above and beyond to make the residents happy if they are able. They even spread out your deposit so you have the funds to move in when you want too and are not so strapped for cash (we all know how expensive it is to move), this option worked out well for my family as we live paycheck to paycheck and probably couldnt afford it otherwise since most places make you pay upfront. The workout room is awesome with lots of choices and workout equipment, I use this about 3 times a week. I feel safe when I work out (since its 24 hour open), I can ensure only residents can get it in the workout room if I decided to go late, because they have a FOB system in place. The hot tub is well maintained and ALWAYS hot and clean. In the summer, they have BBQ in the pool area for residents to use and they provide the propane! I like that they have a amazon HUB at the complex, I never have to worry that my packages will get stolen ever, if it does not go to the hub it goes to the office where office staff sign for it and keep it safe. They have conveniently contracted with a garbage pick up service so I dont even have to worry about taking my trash out, I just set it outside my door and forget about it. Yes, parking sucks here but its like that in most places I think all the positives completely outweigh the negatives such as parking. Marie is the most amazing manager and genuinely cares about all her residents and staff. The maintenance team is very responsive and knowledgeable, they care about their work and want to make your home functional at al times like it should be. I feel like this is the best complex I have lived in so far, so happy that I picked here and didnt risk it with somewhere else! I consider myself lucky.
