We are very happy here!! The people are each so friendly and helpful. Our only problem is when it rains and we have extreme puddles in front of our unit. My husband uses a walker and I worry about him falling. Otherwise all is great.

Rivercrest has been by far the best place we have lived. Incredibly clear communication with the office, my work orders are done timely and the maintenance staff is very friendly- always saying “hi” just in passing. I’ve lived at Rivercrest for 2 years now. The amount rent is raised is ridiculous, the management is poor and does not do what they tell you they will. Parking is a nightmare and maintenance takes at minimum 2 weeks.

Please save yourself from ever moving here, it’s nothing but pure issues and the rent is so expensive for what your actually getting. Nothing but full on noise, NO PARKING open anywhere unless you want to waste your money for a parking spot!!!!! Just absolutely terrible

Sadly since Marie and Adriana have left the River crest apartment management and office, the maintenance hasnt been taken care of as when they were here at Rivercrest Meadowss Marie and Adriana used to take care of everything to five star and now since theyve left this work order was neglected
