Welcome to Broken Arrow, a thriving suburb of Tulsa and Oklahoma's fourth-largest city. Located just 14 miles southeast of downtown Tulsa, Broken Arrow offers residents a mix of suburban comfort and local charm. The average rent for a one-bedroom apartment is $1,083 with a 2.8% year-over-year increase. The historic Rose District anchors downtown with its collection of local shops and a seasonal farmers market. The city features several parks, including Events Park and Ray Harral Nature Park, while the Broken Arrow Public Schools system serves the community. Northeastern State University maintains a branch campus here, serving approximately 3,000 students.
Established in 1902 alongside the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad, Broken Arrow has grown from a small Creek settlement into a dynamic city of over 117,000 residents. The city maintains a strong manufacturing presence, with major employers like FlightSafety International and Blue Bell Creameries contributing to the local economy.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Riverbrook Apartments
Worst apartments ever! No manager! Maintenance man is lazy and they lie about everything. No one knows anything.
The entirety of this property is unsettling. The amount of information they ask for which includes your children’s birth certificates, children’s social security cards, custody agreement for your children if you aren’t in a relationship with their other parent, SIX MONTHS of banking statements, and six months of savings account statements. And that’s on top of 4 months of paystubs from your employer. Online states they have units available now, which is not true, they have pushed back move in twice and do not contact you to inform you. They also take a deposit before your application is final, leaving you to believe you have a unit, then asking for more and more information from you. The photos were just put up, but there is still no photos of the inside, again because there are no units actually available yet. 1020 sq ft for a 3 bedroom 2 bath does not leave room for “large walk in closets”. I waisted three months of time I could have been looking at apartments that have an idea how to run.
