River View is located on the Maumee River in charming Rossford with river access, pool and deck overlooking the river, and is in Rossford schools. We have many convenient features including one utility bill, ample closet space and laundry facilities in each building. Relax on our beautiful deck or by our sparkling swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Maumee River, or picnic in the park-like setting. We have one-and two-bedroom apartments. One walk down Superior Street in Rossford and it’s easy to see why so many people flock to this charming suburb. Set along the banks of the Maumee River just a few minutes south of Toledo, Rossford has a unique character and feel that’s all its own.
There are a number of parks dotted around the landscape. Veterans Memorial Park and Island View Park both offer views of the river, and make for a great space to walk your dog. Locals gather at Moe’s Place for late night food and drinks and good conversation, or at Final Cut for waterfront dining. There are some great schools in the area that sweeten the deal for families, such as Perrysburg High and Junior High.
