Property Ratings at River Stone
Nice place but the people on charge is not helpful. If you have any problem it will take several times the maintenance person to come and fix the issue. Not professionals when dealing with residents once the contract is signed.
The only thing I can say is that it is quiet and close to Interstate 65. Moved here in 6/23. They had "supposedly remodeled the older apartments. they put cheap appliances in the kitchen. they left the old washing machine and dryer that look like they are from the 70s. The knobs on the dryer fall off half the time. NO ceiling fans or lights in the bedrooms. Cheap lights were installed in the kitchen. Even though they redid all the bathrooms you can see small holes around the electrical outlets that weren't repaired. can't wait till my lease is up to go to Greenwood where I can move into a brand-new apartment for less money and better amenities and not just slap a band-aid on apartments that need more done than what's been done. STAY AWAY
Riverstone Apartments is a well maintained and safe residential property which is perfect for a family living. Property also offers a variety of added amenities including kids play area , Well equipped 24x7 Gym facility, Bus Accessibility and a variety of restaurants and grocery shops and nice car car wash facility.
Excellent apartment for family with all amenities for a peaceful and happy living. Has easy access to all stores like Walmart, Jay C and others. Close to exit 68 and easy access to interstate 65.
We shifted recently to Riverstone, overall it have been good experience, society is well maintained with lots of amenities children's play area could have been better though.
Great place to live. Very friendly, great pool, amazing office staff and never have had any issues.
I am enjoying my stay at River Stone. Even though the price is steep, the door trash pick up, staff kindness, and maintenance promptness has made it worth it! Bonus points for being pet friendly! My sweet doggie and I love our apartment!
The apartments recently renovated the kitchen and bathroom that Rea updated it. However pretty pricey especially after renovations.
River stone apartments are great! It is always quiet and a safe neighborhood. Things are well taken care of, maintenance is fast and helpful, and amenities rock.
Out of all places we lived, NEVER seen anyone more money hungry and try to charge you for EVERYTHING, care more about getting your money than keeping a good tenant - maybe should focus more on filling vacancies than charging loyal tenants that always paid rent on time.. Even when we moved out getting charged $639 after taking all deposit... Issue after issue... Nice apartment but no different than any other apartment in town thats cheaper.. I highly suggest looking elsewhere.. Very satisfied with our new apartment and so far has been a lot better than staying here!!
Apartments are good, although expensive. Lease breakage policy is super expensive and not worth it. Apartments front porch approach area are not maintained. They are pet freindly. Electric bills can be super expensive during winters.
Not very big, but nice and still new. Apartment is prompt with service requests.
We love our home here! and the staff is very efficient!
