The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at River Rock Apartments
Terrible customer service skills got hung up on for no reason
Worst management I have ever worked with. Barbara and Desiree have no skills what so ever. It’s clear managerial education has never been a factor when it comes to their work. If they are in the office, ( which is rarely) they are with their loud, obnoxious and very aggressive dogs, or large amounts of children that all happen to be related to them. They are terribly rude, and would rather threaten a tenant than actually communicate. The people there are loud and there are a few frequent flyers when it comes to emergency services. The bugs are terrible and the complex constantly smells like weed. All in all, you'd be better off pitching a tent then renting a place. Don't take my word for it, look at the other negative reviews. It says a lot about these folks and that complex.
I’ve been here for about two years! I’ve lived in a 2bd/2ba apartment which was spacious for my roommate, her baby, myself, and my cat. And the staff was extremely helpful when I was ready to move into a 1bd by myself. Great location, haven’t had any issues with any appliances or maintenance items, great outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, and the staff has never done anything but go above and beyond for me!
I have been here a year and the apartment complex is amazing and love the location. I will be resigning another year lease. The landlord here is very sweet and always accommodating. She has fabulous staff that are always smiling and the property is always clean and maintained. I’m very happy to live here!!
Give them your hard earned money and don't complain cause they don't care about any problem you might have. Rudest managers I've ever dealt with in my lifetime.
I had a great living experience at River Rock! My apartment was my home and I was given the freedom to make it my own. The staff was always there to help when I had any questions and rarely did I have any problems with my unit. Barbara, Deserae and Sandy always greeted me with a smile and were a pleasure to do business with! All of the staff are professional and kind and the complex itself is clean and well maintained. I felt comfortable and safe living here and would recommend this complex to family and friends!
Do yourself a favor and don't rent from here. The management have no people skills, are hostile and not willing to work with you. Barbara especially is rude most of the time. They may act nice in the beginning but that's all it is, an act. They change payment policy without notice and are rarely in the office when they need to be. They hike up the rent quite a bit and it's just not worth it.
If you like listening to trains roll by and honk 24/7 this is your place. If you like handing over your hard earned rent money to a rude, hostile on site management team who could care less about you or any issues you may have then this is your place. If you like living in a place where the management let tenants pets poop and pee anywhere they please then this is your place. If you like horribly squeaky floors move on in.
My first month was free, definitely a great invitation. After living in my apartment with my girlfriend at the time and now fiancé , we noticed the horrible renovation that was done before we moved in and is so noticeable that I kick myself everyday for letting myself choose this apartment. The parking lot does not have " NO PARKING" indications where there needed and we have had countles altercations with other tenants about the ongoing conflict. My fiancé and I are content with the living situation, and moving as soon as the lease is up!
