River Pointe

This complex is honestly the best! This was my first time living alone and this community has put me completely at ease! It's just a wonderful and safe place to live. The inside is amazing and so updated and has everything that I could ask for. Linda at the leasing office is always so helpful. I would choose River Pointe over and over again!

Riverpointe was honestly the best apt I've lived in. The apt was beautiful. I lived in a 1 bedroom. The living room area and adjoining kitchen were large and lovely and wow, the bathroom was honestly just a luxury. Really the best shower ever! There was a courtyard area too, with benches that you can sit at, which was a nice place to go if you wanted to just sit outside for a bit to enjoy the weather. The apt also had frequent food events for the neighborhood. For instance, the one I had gone to, a chief from a local restaurant in Philly came by and made meals for everyone. It was delicious! :) Linda, the property manager, was also a sweetheart. She was always so helpful with any concerns. Quick to answer emails and if you just stopped by at her office to talk, she was always so pleasant and never turned you away. Linda was also incredibly helpful with the move out process. I ended up having to leave earlier than expected, and she was so helpful in arranging everything so I could leave with ease. I honestly can’t thank her enough for the help and for her kind words before I left. I highly recommend Riverpointe for the beautiful apts and for the wonderful staff. Honestly so sad I had to leave.

I lived here for a year and had a great experience. It’s a nice and clean gated community. Linda was an absolute pleasure every time I had any questions regarding the apartments. The gym in the club house are always clean and organized. the maintenance staff also kept the grounds cleaned and responded quickly. Highly recommend

Great for dogs, was a wonderful starter place to call home after moving out on my own, well maintained, most folks are friendly and you get to know one another.

River Pointe is a beautiful, well maintained community. After living here for one year, I am happy with this quiet gem. The units are updated, the grounds are well maintained, and the amenities and clubhouse are great. Linda the leasing director made our transition moving in easy. She is always available, quick to respond, and a pleasure to talk with. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly. Nothing bad to say about River Pointe!

I really enjoyed my time at River Pointe. Linda and the staff are always available, helpful and really create a great community atmosphere. The apartments are new and beautiful. I don’t think you will find a better shower anywhere in South Jersey. For those who commute in the greater Philly area, it is legit on the intersection of 5 highways to go any where you need to go. This is also a great place if you have a dog and like dogs. I have a dog and all other dog owners were always cautious and courteous with their dogs and I never had any issues. The property manager Linda was incredibly helpful with the move in and move out process and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend River pointe, for the community feel, helpful and friendly staff and great commuter access.

River Pointe was my wife and I’s first apartment. Linda, the property manager was amazing to work with and guided us through the rental process. She has always been available to speak at anytime and knows each resident by name. Her transparency and compassion created a great tenant/property management relationship. Work orders were completed extremely quickly, and if they were going to take longer, maintenance was completely transparent. The location is ideal for anyone commuting to Philadelphia due to the location of 676, 42, and 295. The community is safe, well lit and full of good tenants. The dog park within the community allows the pups to run around and play with other dogs. Grilling pavilions are scattered throughout the complex with large lawns for recreation. River Pointe is a great option for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and quiet apartment complex with friendly, compassionate, and responsive staff members.

River Pointe is a FANTASTIC community to live in. Super clean apartments, convenient parking, SAFE (secure gated driveway and walkway), in unit laundry, fast Fios internet, and many more amenities. All of the tenants are working professionals so I never had to deal with any noise issues. It’s close to all of the major highways including 76, 295 and you can get into the heart of Philadelphia or Camden in less than 10 minutes! Great location for any Philly hospital, Cooper, Inspira, or even Christiana. You also avoid the major traffic because of where you get on to and off the highway. Linda, the property director, is an absolute gem. She treats you like family and makes your life as easy as possible

I was one of the original tenants who moved in as the complex was being built. I lived here for over 2 years, and can say it was a great experience. Linda and her staff were always helpful and responsive whenever an issue arose (and there weren’t many). It’s location is so convenient, and it overall was a great place to live.

Great neighborhood, wonderful office personnel, and the best showers you’ll ever take! 10/10 recommend

I loved my time here. The apartments are beautiful and in a great location to access cherry hill and Philly. The staff is friendly and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Can’t go wrong picking this place.

The biggest issue we have with being here is there is no where near enough parking for tenants AND guests at the same time, causing most people to park in the fire lanes or wherever they can fit. Very poorly planned design if you have more than one car.

Have lived here for just a few months Pros: - New apartments. Very modern! - Mostly quiet neighborhood - Gated - Nice grounds Cons: - Manager Linda is very condescending. 50/50 every interaction with her. We’re all adults that pay to live here, don’t treat people like they’re less than you or like we’re your kids. We’re not. - Still have a lot of construction that can be intrusive and noisy. - Pretty noisy with Cheerleaders right in front - Parking isn’t bad if you have 1 car as you get 1 spot, but guests are pretty much out of luck. - Thin walls and floors. Can here my neighbor make any move. Can get pretty annoying. This place would be 5 stars if it was quieter in the apartments and manager Linda treated people better. All in all not a bad place to live. It’s a little expensive for the area but the gate and new apartments make it almost worth it.

These apartments are brand new with beautiful kitchens and wonderful staff. We have outdoor grilling, a club house that offers a gym, yoga studio, and free coffee and tea. Any service request is addressed almost immediately. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment one night around 10 and Nelson came all the way from his home just to let me back in. The community is wonderful with everyone greeting each other and checking in. It is very open to pets as well as offers a dog park! I would highly recommend checking these apartments out
