Property Ratings at River Place
Pet friendly apartments, well maintained, right next to the river and River Barn Park. Great area just south of Mequon. Underground parking was ideal for the winter, I'm going to miss that! Had no complaints about neighbors in my building. Management and maintenance very responsive and friendly overall. I was comfortable and happy living here for the past 4 years!
My home was pretty much perfect when I moved in it. The service I have received has been phenomenal and the communication has been just as needed.
A excellent place to live only been a resident for about a couple months now and i can say we are loving the place
I’ve been here for 4 years now and love it.! Maintenance is quick and efficient with work orders and leasing staff is professional and prompt as well.
Have been living here over a year. Nice friendly management. Maintenance staff is terrific and responds promptly and efficiently.
Lived here from 2015-2020. Would recommend if you don’t have children. Hallways/garage often smell like cigarette smoke/marijuana. People blast their music in their cars when coming/going all hours of the night. Or will sit outside in car blasting music. In summer can be very loud. Have rules where kids are “not allowed” to play in parking lots such as riding bikes, scooters etc which is unrealistic. Axium properties nickels and dimes you. You pay gas monthly which is quite expensive for an apartment of average 50-60$ in winter. They prop the garage door open when it snows but leave the heat on in the garages which is apart of gas bill that is split among tenants. Our apartment was severely out dated with yellow tile on walls and old counter tops. One thing that Was great was peer control lived there for 5 years and maybe had 3 spiders/insects the entire time living there. Essentially you get what you pay for.
River Place is a great place to live! Management is just absolutely phenomenal. They are very active in accommodating the residents by making everyone feel comfortable and safe in their residence. My apartment is so cute and comfy with the convenience of heated underground parking. I've been residing here for 4 years and have yet to have a complaint. Definitely the best apartment and management I've ever experienced
The people in the office really care and make the process so simple and easy. They try to keep the community involved in activities. Also keep you updated with everything going on throughout.
Very poor management that treats tenants very unfairly and does not care about you whatsoever. Please save yourself some trouble and live anywhere else as its not worth the hassle.
I loved living here. Great experience and the management is great, along with the maintenance team. If I ever need apartment living again I will be back! Also I loved my apartment and the amenities.
Awesome large apartments for a great price. Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance always handles requests within hours. Close to the river and bike trail in the summer. Overall great 2 years!
