Quiet and clean complex. I love living here because of the beautiful view and the quiet. The neighbors are friendly, the workers here are friendly, and dealing with the community management is very nice and easy. The most important thing is that it is a safe complex to live in.

We have been enjoying our apartment with a view of a canyon, from our patio, for 5 years now. We have never had a complaint, over any living conditions that wasn't addressed in a timely manner. The staff here are not only super efficient but are most personable. We would reccommmend River Oaks to anyone.

River Oaks is one of the best experiences I’ve had in apartment living. The staff is always friendly, the apartments are well maintained, and there is very little noise. I have enjoyed my time at River Oaks thus far and love the in unit laundry and detached garages that are included.

Being nature lovers, we are so pleased to be renting a unit with a back walled patio facing a canyon with occasional views of coyotes. The office and maintenance personnel are exceptionally good.

My neighbor smokes cigarettes inside her unit, I get all the cigarettes smell inside my unit, I complained 30 timesand nothing happened. The staff sucks, keep in mind River oaks it is not the owner of all the units, which makes extremely difficult to deal with them. Look somewhere else
The staff here are FANTASTIC. We have enjoyed living here. The units are very quiet and amenities are very nice.
