Property Ratings at River House
Noisy, dirty, and insect infested. Never have had a worse experience with housing. If I could, I would give this place 0/5 stars and would not recommend. Baily, Robbin, and the on-site officer are utterly useless individuals.
River House is a great place to live, gated community with lots of amenities great staff and beautiful apartments.. great location minutes away from just about anywhere..
Apartments have gone down. The property is no longer secure and safe. People hang out in parking lot all times of night. The residents are extremely loud, especially at night. Finally, there’s a strong smell of weed throughout the buildings and sometimes creeps into other apartments.
11/10 location, 12/10 amenity base, 13/10 bang for your buck! Coming from a local, I can tell you that you will not find a better mix of affordability, apartment quality and location than the River House Apartments!
Great apartment! Plenty of parking which is nice when I have friends visiting. Not to mention how convenient this location is, so easy to get to work/everywhere from here. Total hot spot. I've lived in Baton Rouge for over 3 years and let me tell you, for this price apartments don't get much better. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is so spacious. 10/10 would recommend!
The staff at the Property is great! They are attentive to detail, responsive, and have gone out of their way to make sure my roommate and I have a smooth move-in process. The property's amenities are very convenient and we have really enjoyed the resident events like Taco Tuesday and Wine Down Wednesday.
Bryce, Amanda, and Cheyenne were all wonderful to work with. I highly appreciated their excellent customer service. I had tons of questions and concerns and they were quick and courteous with their replies. I am eagerly anticipating living in this community; not only due to the great staff, but also because of the modern design and location.
