Great luxury apartments with friendly staff. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a high-end apartment with plenty of amenities, including an outdoor pool, a table/lounge area, a dog park, and even a playground for your kids. They also have laundry facilities and a gym! You can go fishing in any of the three lakes. The complex is constantly being renovated and improved, so your rent contributes to enhancing the community you live in. All in all, this is a fantastic place. I've been here for four years and just signed a lease for another year!

The prices may be high but you get access to a pool (when its open??)ponds and great restaurants as well as food food trucks the neighbors are horrible if you live on the first floor very little sound proofing Also the water and electric prices very greatly All thing considered get a second story unit invest in a good vacuum and your own air purifier and furnace filters I have loved living here even with the ups and downs

The water pressure could be better

Was very quick on fixing the issue had to get a new furnace and AC unit and didn't take long for them to have a HVAC tech out and fix the problem now my apartment is cooling down and heating very efficiently and alot better than it ever did.

Was very quick and friendly in fixing the issue with the dishwasher.

All requests I've had have all been completed ahead of schedule and complete.

Was quick with fixing my maintenance request. Maintenance was very friendly and polite.

Maintenance discovered the water was coming from the apartment behind me. They stopped the leak and cleaned up the mess in my bathroom very well.

Had an issue with the tub, they came on a Sunday to look at it and fixed it no problem.

Maintenance did an awesome job! Very friendly.

I rented at Regency for 3 years. Paid my rent on time, followed the rules, kept to myself, and kept my apartment clean. I fulfilled all obligations of the lease and left with a zero balance. Now they are trying to charge me for bed bug treatment. Never have I had bed bugs, still don't. They had contractors in and out of all the apartments in that area installing washer and dryer units just before I moved. If there were bed bugs found in that apartment they were brought in by them. I left the apartment and moved out of state in Feb and left the apartment empty until May 17 when the lease expired. I paid the rent even though I wasn't there. I saw another review from another tenant stating the same thing happened to them. Protect yourself...I have disputed this charge for all the good it will do but I am prepared to fight this in court if necessary.

I keep my apt clean but why are there always so many bugs? I’ve been on their “preventative extra” list for months now. Over priced for cabinets that are falling apart. Maintenance are rude if you do not know how to fix something yourself.

It is not to go place for stay. I stayed 18 months and all the month I will get into some trouble or issue in the apartment Like water leaking in windows, water leaks from top floor, ac/heater not working etc. when I leave also I was charged for bed bug inspection fee which is ridicules. There old carpet and it was not even cleaned when I move in. Please choose some apartment with peace of mind and don’t fall into these kind of issues through out your stay period and after that aswell for paying unnessasary fees.

We have a dog and Regency Club was definatly the place for us. The dog park, swimming pools, and lakes are a huge plus it's like a one stop and shop. Other places in town don't have everything all included like this place plenty of things to do and we have amazing neighbors and it's an extremely safe and sounds place to stay!!

Regency Club Apartments has a gorgeous complex. I am a pet lover and have two dogs myself and we really enjoy walking around the property and enjoying the scenery. There are two vast lakes on property that you can fish in, which is amazing for us! There is a large dog park where I can let my babies off leash, and there are walking paths from my apartment to there to allow for ease. I also don't mind walking in the dark as this complex is extremely safe. Overall I enjoy Regency quite a bit!

I've lived at Regency Club Apartments for almost 3 years. I love that it's in such a quiet area of town, yet close to shops and restaurants. It has great amenities. To offer. I love that they have two pools. One indoor and one outdoor so you can swim all year around. My apartment is updated and very spacious. My bedroom is the biggest bedroom that I could find out of all the apartments I visited to fit my king size bed and two dressers in. I also have two large spacious closets, as well as a nice pantry. I been apartment living for 10 years now and can say this is the best place to live. Also the people in the office are very friendly. I have several friends that have moved here since I've moved in and they love it here too!!!

If you are looking for a place that will disrespect you this is it. It was a good place before Regency bought it but they got rid of short term leases, increased rent and hired the rudest office staff. The laundry is over priced and small. The grass is allowed to grow up over your ankles, they say they will fix things like gutters and don't. Most of the outlets in my apartment don't work and nor does the 1980's ceiling fan. If you ask them to fix something they form this mean girl coup against you. If you have a dog the dog park is great and the tenets are as well. But as for the office staff and how they treat people it's a shame that they are so rude to people and lie.

Amazing size, amazing property, and I love the response of the maintenance. Overall I enjoy being here. My neighbors are nice and I love the community as a whole.
