River Chase Apartments

I have been here for for over 3,years and never had a problem here. The staff is friendly. Maintenance people are great. They come really quick if there is something wrong with your stuff, they try and do fun stuff for the kids. The only issue I have is the parking but overall it’s a decent place to live.

I absolutely love living here. The staff is so caring and they take care of their residents. Close to everything. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is fabulous.

5 stars to this property and team. It has been a pleasure and wonderful experience living here for the past 1.5 years. The team really cares about the families that live here. If you are looking for professional people, clean, quiet, and home felt community with lots of amenities to offer tenants, come to River Chase. That Shelby is some kind of amazing. My Mom and I really love living here. We've been here going on 10 years and the location is perfect and the staff goes above and beyond to do anything they can to help out. The community is pet friendly and my 2 yorkies enjoy all the green space too :)

Really like our remodeled apartment and love the new washers/dryers in the laundromat. They are very pet friendly here. The 2 pools are amazeballs as well!

I moved in about 2 years ago with my 2 children and have loved living here. The kids have met some good friends and we've had nothing but positive experiences with the office and maintenance staff. The pool is awesome and the place is very well maintained. Would highly recommend AND HAVE to my friends!

Riverchase Apartment has roaches!!! No one disclosed this information to me before moving in. When I turned in my move-in checklist, an office worker tried to keep the INFESTATION on the hush while a potential resident viewed the property. I was told that my apartment would be sprayed, but it hasn't thus far. Overall, the apartment is great, but it's not worth the money to have these tiny and huge roommates.

Have had a great living experience here with my 2 pups. Honestly no complaints. My apartment is huge and I have great closet space, plus plenty of space for the doggies to do their business and convenient pet waste stations. I also feel very safe here - the place is well light at night and I find people friendly.

I am in the military and have had to move quite a bit with my assignments. This has been hands down the best move-in experience I've ever had! Kudos to Shelby and Sandra in the office for all their help!

Fantastic place! The people are friendly and the leasing people are so easy to work with. Had 1 maintenance issue over my first 13 months here and it got fixed in an hour! My cousin just moved into a 2 bedroom andshe loves it so far as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just had an outstanding experience with maintenance here - having lived at 3 other apartment communities around town, this is by far the best. These folks really do care and are doing their best to make us happy. With all the bad and crazy stuff going on in the world right now, it's nice to have someone trying to help us for a change. High five to the crew!

We lived at a sister property for over 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences with this company. When our family great and we outgrew our old apartment, we transferred to River Chase. Sandra has been awesome and our experience so far has been great! We love the new digs and my family is really enjoying the amenities.

I like living here and have not had any serious issues (no package theft, no loud/rude neighbors, no vandalism, etc). The one thing I really think would improve my experience was if the kitchen sinks had garbage disposals. I'd definitely rate River Chase higher if there was a garbage disposal. Please install them! Thanks.

Worse place to rent at !! The managers all suck they don’t know how to relate or understand their clients what so ever. The promise to give you a brand new apt and I can honestly say this apt I was moved to is the nasties apt I have ever rented not only that they have an issue with everything

We've been here for over 5 years, and although there were some issues initially, everyone here now is attentive and committed to resident satisfaction. The office staff and maintenance are polite, and with multiple ways of contacting them (phone, email, resident-chat), they respond in a timely fashion. They're renovating the property and always try to inform us when things like the water will be shut off, so we can plan accordingly. The location is close to everything we need, and we really love it here.

We have been here for over 5 years, at first I will not lie the management and maintenance were terrible. Now we have the most amazing management and the maintenance guys are fantastic. Very clean and prompt as well as the office staff. Wonderful place to be

My husband and I had been researching our move here for nearly a year before we actually decided to call this River Chase our new home community. We are not fans of moving, so decided that where we ended up choosing was going to be our home for hopefully some time. Well, about a year ago, we made our move here, and so far, it has been all that was expected. We enjoy being conveniently close to so many places to shop, not to mention a stone's throw from downtown Louisville. Having the community park right out our back door is a treat, as well. Last year there was a festival, movie nights, and 'the largest community yard sale right there. I personally, however, enjoy the evening walks, peace full. the other night, we went for a walk and even being so close to the city still looked up just in time to witness a shooting star brilliantly pass by. The community staff, and the care they all present, are what really made the deal for us. yes, there have been normal maintenance issues, but they have been prompt, and courteous in repairs. I put in a request about the potholes through out the drives ( yes some are deep), and they seemed genuine in filling them. Actually saw a couple of the groundsmen filling over the weekend trying to temporarily fill. All in all, the wishes of our new home to be comfortable and a near to be long term settle are being upheld. Thank you!

This apartment complex is a fraud. Before you move in they seem so nice and helpful but after I moved in it was the worst apartment I have ever been too. The water gets shut off every week, the trash in the parking lots is disgusting and the managers are RUDE. they will charge you for anything as long as they get their money.

I have lived in these apartments off and on for years, I have always felt safe, the apartments provide me with plenty of space, the location is close to everything that I need to get to. The management & staff have always been very courteous.

Me and my wife just moved in two weeks ago very quiet and nice apartments. Property managers are very friendly. Everyone stays to themselves I definitely would recommend moving here if you are looking for a new place.

The property is Beautiful. The living space is ver comfortable. The grounds staff are all nice. The office staff had always been helpful. The owner is personal and cares about the renters. If there is an issue, they are prompted with any repairs and communication.

We have lived at River Chase for 6.5 years and moved from a 1 to a 2 to a 3 bedroom as my family grew. The apartments are huge and we love the people here - very friendly! The maintenance is attentive and the office does a good job taking care of things. Heck, they also threw a huge block party for the residents this year with the police and fire depatment dancing with us ;)

River Chase is spread out on several acres with a great pool and lots of good people. Office and maintenance staff are very friendl and they take great care of the place. Great to walk to ball park or access to lifhted walking trail. Made lots of friends - very community oriented.

My family currently lives in a 2 bedroom apartment but we are getting ready to move to a 3 bedroom so our daughter can have her own room. I'm excited about the move, rooming with a 1 year old is not a dream, especially when they don't want to sleep.
