Living here is a bliss I mainly love the kitchen and my balcony The pool and the cooking grill is well maintained, best place to spend time during summer. Good neighbour hood, near to exit and shopping what else would one need.
My husband and I are happy to be part of the community. It's calm and quiet. The apartment is very spacious, which alleviates the feeling of being cramped. We just renewed for another year!

Love to stay here, I mostly work from home and I love my space. If you want to do any shopping or buy food, you name it, I would say everything is so close in this neighborhood.

Beautiful renovated apartment but only amenities are the pool and billed valet trash. Close to the mall, dentist, groceries, banks etc. parking is insufficient if you get home after 11pm.

Love staying here, I feel like close to all areas in atlanta and they have new upgraded parking area mainly the pool maintenance is really great they always work on it regularly to keep it clean.

I love living here, it’s close to all stores and highway and everything I need. It would be good if we had few more amenities like car wash a vacuum or some fun billiards tables or a gym.

Do not rent here! Management is shady. Literally the slums of Dunwoody. Roach infested apartments, leaky fireplaces, leaky roofs, vermin in the dumpsters, AC's don't work, potholes in the street, mold in bathrooms. Your work orders get ignored or get dragged out for weeks. Big money in rent for poor amenities or lack of. Renter beware...Run! Run away far away from this health hazard!
Pro: Apartment size is great! Con: The insulation in the unit is less than desirable in the master bedroom. The Master has issues with excessive heat in the summer time and super cold in the winter. Floors should have been leveled during the remodel. Lastly the parking is problem for most buildings. The Mgt team is working hard to upgrade items such as trash bin area to enclose it to deter non-residents from dumping on the property.
Minor general maintenance and common area housekeeping would be appreciated.
Good value for the money, convenient location, nice layout. I like the feel of this apartment inside. The barking dog situation is nuts. I thought there was a dog tied up outside that barked for hours this past weekend, but I think it was a dog INSIDE in building I. So grateful I don't live in that building!
The location is great and we love how spacious our apartment is. Sometimes it feels like admin is constantly playing "catch up" on repairs, but their nice attitudes make it more tolerable and some of it is to be expected in an older development. I wish they would focus a little more on enforcing resident requirements that affect the community, such as requiring dogs to be walked on leashes, PICKING UP AFTER PETS, and not leaving trash on patios. We have a huge problem near our building with dog messes absolutely everywhere.

The apartment itself was nice but I've never lived somewhere where Management requested access to my apartment on a regular basis. No privacy.
The apartment is beautiful and the community is nice and quiet!
I've lived in this community for many years. I like it here!. The only issue is the parking. The fact of not having at least one spot assigned per apartment, it makes me to go around and around, to find one every single day.
It took a week or two to get serviced, but was done properly and super nice maintenance!

The curb appeal needs work and the parking repaved. But other than that, this is a quiet place, clean, spacious and close to a lot of fun attractions and restaurants.
I will tell them the community is great. but I will tell them that refer smell come up through the Vince and it smell bad
There are some very loud and suspicious cars circling the apartments late and that would lead me to tell friends with kids that it might not be the best environment.
As much as I pay for rent out here, there’s no way dead roaches and spiders should be in the hallway of my building entrance for weeks. After three months of living here I started to see a variety of sizes of roaches in the hall, from time to time I might see 1 or 2 in my apartment. They don’t clean the floors in the hallways, it’s so many spider webs everywhere. I can’t wait to move once my lease is over! New Management needs to get this stuff handled!
These apartments have a good layout and maintenance response times are pretty consistent. The grounds, while needing a good bit of work are kept adequately for the most part. Only a few times a year do they get a little hairy. Average pool, no gym. I don't often hear neighbors above me. Though the kitchen noise in the apt next to me is often noticeable. Terrific location if you commute via 285, not even 5 minutes from the freeway and stone's throw from grocery, gym, and other bits of shopping/starbucks.
