Avoid this place if you can! They pick and choose what rules to enforce and when. Parking is atrocious. Unfriendly staff that isn’t helpful, don’t care about its residents, will hang up on you, and just plain rude. Maintenance staff isn’t knowledgeable. My A/C has gone out twice, and both times it has taken a month to get it fixed. They just had a fire protection inspection. Didn’t test every building, didn’t test elevator recalls, and didn’t test heat detectors in breezeways. This place is a fire hazard.

Things break and don’t get fixed, gates don’t work consistently, elevators go out all the time, catalytic converter’s get stolen, office workers don’t do their job, bad parking, and those are just my experiences!! My ac didn’t work when I moved in and took them 3-4 tries to fix it and it was for 2 weeks during July. Nice views tho.

I've had nothing but great service from the leasing office, to the maintenance supervisor going above and beyond to make sure things are well taking care of on the property to me loving the beautiful scenery on the property. I was helping a friend look for an apartment and found these. My friend made an appointment for 4:40pm. We were early! We waited 45mins and still didn't get to see the apartment. The lady in the front office spoke to me in a condescending tone to help a resident that came in after us. We walked out frustrated.

Apartments are all new. Facilities are always clean. Been living here for a year now without any issues.
Great Staff and facilities. The one issue I had with the apartment was handled same day by the maintenance staff.
Daisy and Stephanie are amazing! They are so positive and professional at all times! As a resident, I know that I can come to them with any question or concern ( which was only once - and minor) and they are always available and ready with a smile. I love my apartment ; it's very quiet, the grounds are always clean and the pool is amazing. They frequently have get togethers for the residents. You don't need a gym membership because the one here has everything.
The parking is horrible, the staff is horrible. They replace people every other month. The apartments are dirty, and it stinks. A lot of cars get broken in to, so watch out. I wouldn’t live here if I were you. I can’t wait until my lease is over with !!!!
I really like it here! The people are nice and seem friendly that live there. But the person that honestly made it worth living here and made the transition easy from one place to then other was the leasing associate named Daisy! She is just so kind,fast and has plenty of information for you if you ever have any questions !
The apartments are spacious and clean. I love the newer appliances and the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I also love how they went with grey trim in my apartment. Grey goes with everything, so its been easy to decorate.

We had a wonderful experience in the Terrace Apartment! A great space in an exciting neighborhood. A very comfortable apartment with a fun pop of red in the interior design. The back patio was a great, private area to relax and enjoy the weather. I especially loved the steam bathtub/shower function in the bathroom. Will definitely recommend to others.
The management team was really helpful in showing me the apartment and the building. The application process was all done online, which made it easier and faster. Also, moving in was so easy, Bill (member of the management team) was really helpful in making sure I had everything I needed to move in. The staff are really great at the building and the amenities make this place a great place to live at.
The apartments have great layouts, the view from the pool and rooftop are amazing, and the staff is hardworking and professional.
This building, the area, the people, and the experience is absolutely exceptional!! I can’t express how awesome this place is to live. This is our second time, but will certainly not be our last. Stephanie was just great, greeting us as we arrived, explaining everything about the apartment and the local area. Even parking was managed for our vehicle (though not guaranteed) by our friend “Irish”, who took special care of us and made it possible to park outside our place for the duration of our stay.
About 2 years ago this place was under great management and everything ran smoothly, every issue we had or any concern was solved immediately. Unfortunately, these apartments run under “Roscoe Properties” now and its been a NIGHTMARE!!!! Our utility bills went incredibly high, our water went from $10 a month to $92 a month!! They do no care about residents they only care about checks coming in. Office people are WAY TOO RUDE, especially women. I still don’t understand why you would work with customers if your attitude is demeaning and rude. Find another job if you're that unhappy when residents walk in the office. When I brought up my water bill being insanely high they said to go on their website?? That obviously was not helpful. I asked for a breakdown of my water bill and how it was being measured and never received anything. They charge too many utility bills that makes rent really high. And don’t even get me started with parking. You will have to pay extra every single month. You will never be heard and they will never help you. They are just rude and inconsiderate. Hopefully they run out of business soon and another agency that actually cares buys this place.

I will start off by saying that the actual apartments are beautiful and I feel like they are a great price for the aesthetic. But, I would live in a dump before renting from here again. While we were here, they changed management like 7 times. When we moved out, they charged us literally hundreds of dollars in hidden fees (charging for one day of boiler fees, one day of valet trash, etc) and then even “accidentally” sent our bill to a collection agency after we had already paid it off. They gave us a full runaround, never called us back. It was a nightmare. Also, the parking is HORRIBLE. Good luck finding a spot if you just so happen to go out and get home last 5PM. They claim they’re very strict with the parking regulations but we literally had to park outside the complex on some nights when we got home late.

New resident, and I already hate living here. Terrible parking issues. Good luck finding a spot. Management says they're working on it, but solutions are ineffective, and counterintuitive. Suddenly forcing residents to pay money for existing parking that used to be free. Poor business ethics.

There is a reason there are 13 vacant units(at the time of writing this) and rising. New management is pretty sub par when it comes to customers service. They'll put on a plastic smile and roll their eyes at any maintenance request(that they'll make you come back 2 days later when their support line tells you none was issued). I'll give it an extra star for it not looking run down (yet..) considering how new the property is. But be warned that every time you go to make a payment(if you can make one with their shoddy payment portal) you'll be wondering why you didn't do a bit more research before signing a 12 month agreement.

We completely understand this could cause a rift in your day-to-day experience. We're very pleased to announce, our portal has been back up and running and that out outage was for a few hours.
Where do I start?? Well as soon as I walked into my leasing office I was greeted my smiling faces. It was pretty busy inside that day but the leasing absents were so kind and assured they'd be with me as soon as possible, offed me a cold drink and a seat. Kyle was my person and let's just say he's AWESOME . I told him what I was looking for and he lead me right to it. I literally moved in 2 days later. I have an amazing lakeside view right near the soon to be dog park, which is helpful to exercise my service dog. I've had a few maintenance requests and they've been taken care of right away. Parking is plentiful. I don't hear loud noises too often which is great especially since I work night shift. What can I say? So far no complaints!!
I have had my first conversation with Edward........and he was awesome! Im relocating to Houston and he took the time to answer all of my questions! This seems like a great place to live........will continue later. Thank you

Brand new complex w/luxury amenities. Beautiful touches in the unit with surroundings to match. Infinity pool, gas grilling area. Great staff! Great place! Love my new home!
