Property Ratings at Rio Point
The property is nice because it is new, but it is chaotic and was not ready to fully launch. The management has been nice, but they are not really fully capable of managing the complexities of the property. I would strongly not recommend people staying here until the property is more completed. There are way too many issues and not enough recognizing the issues to do something nice for the people that are staying here and receiving poor quality because the property is not ready.
