Property Ratings at Rio Hill Apartments
We lived at Rio Hill for over five years and went through so many property managers. Rules are always changing and there is no consistency with if you get repairs done or not. My friend still lives here and hasn’t had a working dish washer in over 8 months and had to threaten to call legal aid to get her AC turned on this summer

Do not rent here the woman in the office that name starts with s is flaky and emotionally abusive. Makes rules up as she pleases.
I’ve lived here 5years and love it!! The management is friendly, efficient, embracing with a wealth of knowledge. Ski and Sonia are wonderful and make you feel like family; caring about everyone the same. Larry the Maintenance Supervisor has such expertise and will run to your apartment in an emergency. My apartment has the best view EVER!!
Although this is my first year living out Mallside, I enjoy living there. It's definitely different from where I was living before Imoved there. The neighborhood alone is peaceful. The neighbors are nice and respectful. I absolutely love how its a park and a pool that I can take my niece to when I get to spend time with her. The fitness room that's a plus. I personally use the fitness room whenever I have free time. The inside of the apartment is spacious. It definitely feels like home to me every time I walk in. The whole apartment is fully carpeted. Everything is on one level and its handicap accessible. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a bathroom. There is a patio/balcony in each apartment which is really nice. I enjoy sitting outside watching everybody coming and going during the day and sitting out there on the peaceful night. The apartment overall is just amazing and so is the neighborhood!
