We love everything about RinRose apartments. Our initial encounter was with Marjorie and Jasmine who were very energetic, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. They both helped make our move flow smoothly, from the application process to the day we moved in. The lobby is very well laid out and beautifully designed. My husband and I feel very secure in this environment because it is set up so people cannot just walk in from the outside. We are Eaton Canyon evacuees so the RinRose is not home but it is definitely a close second. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment

Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire, and Rinrose didn't hesitate to give us a short term lease. They ensured the apartment was turned around quickly so we could have a place to stay, and they helped make the move in easy. We've been enjoying our stay here, and we highly recommend this apartment complex to others.

The Rinrose is a beautiful community with an amazing staff, high quality furnishings, gorgeous amenities, and a tech-forward experience. I am thrilled to live here and hope to do so for many years.

I had driven by the building a few times and decided to check it out. The amenities are great and everything was nicer than I was expecting. I especially liked the outdoor lounge area with the water, which would be perfect for spending a day reading and relaxing outside. Not only was the building itself nice, but the staff was nice as well. David (who I think is a maintenance guy) was especially welcoming and he pointed out a few other highlights of the building. He seemed to be on top of any issues that may come up, which is reassuring, because many apartment complexes are slow to fix issues and are rude or inattentive. I’d recommend taking a tour if you get the chance!

I just toured rinrose and it’s an amazing community, the amenities are awesome. I also had the chance to speak to the maintenance supervisor David, he seems like a great guy and made me feel confident in case any issue comes up, I know he’ll take care of it. Looking forward to making this my home.

Hello, I live here at the Rinrose. My window was not working and I requested help. The new maintenance man David responded same day to fix problem. He was very nice and professional.

I recently moved in to Rinrose and the management team made our move in seamless and were so helpful. From scheduling our move in date, answering questions, and helping us reserve the elevator to move items up to our floor easily, they did it all. Jasmine was such a huge help and Eli would check in as we moved in. Since moving in, we've met David, the maintenance supervisor, and he has been quick in scheduling and repairing any minor work orders. The property is beautiful and relaxing. They provide residents with experiences, such as the Salsa Night they recently had, which was fun and a great opportunity to meet neighbors and get to know the management team.

Got the opportunity to see this amazing property! Everything is impeccable & well kept. I also had the pleasure of meeting David, the maintenance man! Super cool & very knowledgeable! I know he’d be on top of all of my maintenance concerns. The Pinrose is definitely worth checking out!!

I love coming to The RinRose to visit my friend. Every time I walk in, the manager, Jasmine, always greets me with a smile. This property is gorgeous! They have a living plant wall in the middle of the lobby and a relaxing waterfall in the courtyard. I highly recommend making this place your new home!

RinRose is such a vibe! Beautiful Mountain View’s from your bedroom window, spacious apartments, and cozy amenities. There are 4 grocery stores within walking distance as well as several coffee shops and restaurants. My favorite part is the lobby, they have plants everywhere and a pool table! The office staff are so nice. Jasmine knows me by name and always chats me up when she sees me! Again, it’s a vibe!

I had an amazing experience with The Rinrose community! Eli was incredibly helpful over the phone, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The tour experience was fantastic as well. Eli’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and confident about my decision. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live. A little pricy id say for my budget but still a great building.

I’ve been living at The Rinrose for 3 months now, and I love it. The community is super quiet and clean, which makes it a really peaceful place to call home. Eli was awesome during my move-in—he made the whole process so easy and helped with anything I needed. The staff here is friendly, and I’ve had no issues at all. It’s just a really nice, comfortable place to live, and I’m really happy I chose it. Highly recommend!

The Rinrose is a wonderful community. Beautiful, clean, and new. There are a few kinks, but we are so comfortable living here.

I lived here for 8 months, with construction happening inside and outside my unit for 3 of those months. For the interior work, half of my apartment was blocked off for almost 20 days, with a loud humidifier running non-stop. Outside, I was woken up by drilling on my wall for about 45 days. When I confronted the new manager about the excessive noise, I was told in a corporate tone, “there is a construction clause in your contract.” They even scheduled construction inside my unit during my final days, prioritizing getting the unit ready for the next resident rather than giving me a hassle-free move-out. That said, the management was cooperative in accepting my early termination notice. I’d recommend either avoiding the hassle altogether or, if you really like the apartment, staying away from the construction area (if there is any.)

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful and well kept amenities. It feels like you're in a resort!

It used to be a pretty good place to live until recently. I wasn't planning on leaving a negative comment, but things have gotten quite bad. Construction: This is a brand new building, but we've had to endure multiple major repairs that disrupt our daily lives. From the garage gate to the building exterior, there’s constant drilling from early morning until late afternoon. While repairs are understandable, perhaps they could have been completed before charging premium rent? It's definitely not worth paying to live in a construction zone. Safety: The building used to have nighttime security, which was much appreciated. However, since switching to a new management company, there’s no security presence anymore. Things have gone downhill from there. We've had homeless individuals entering the building and sleeping in the lobby a few times. There's also a person who doesn't live here but frequently uses the studio room at night, disrupting residents. Several neighbors have complained to the manager about safety concerns, but nothing has been done. This person does not live here and does not pay rent, so why should they have access to the building? Cleanliness: It's inconsistent. The janitor does a good job, but many residents don't clean up after their dogs in the dog area, leaving messes behind constantly. It was once a nice place to live, leasing agent Ruth was super nice, but things have deteriorated over the past three months. The noise, safety issues, and the management's handling of suggestions make it not worth the premium rent, in my opinion.

Since renewing my lease just recently I feel inclined to leave a review after living here now for a year. Living here has been a very satisfactory experience as this building entails fantastic aesthetic features and provides high quality living spaces, cleanliness, peace, safety, great functional amenities and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Ruth whom works in the leasing office has been very helpful and professional since the beginning just as well as everyone else at the office. I’m delighted to continue my stay here considering how faulty many other buildings and managements are out there.

I've been leasing here for about two months, but I'm having the bedroom noise issue since Day ONE and it NEVER get resolved by the community. During my room tour, I emphasized to the leasing team that the quiet neighborhood and community is the most important thing, as I'm very sensitive to any noise. They recommended me a unit at top floor which faces the courtyard and supposed to be super quiet. Well, they did NOT mention there is a fan machine placed right on top of my bedroom in the rooftop at all (it was turned off during my visit). Then at the first day I moved in, that machine runs the entire night with the CRAZY loud noise travels into my bedroom. I did not fall asleep even for one second and I reported this issue to Ivan the next day. He directed me to the person at service team here, turned off the machine and told me they will fix the issue. However, the issue has been back and forth for about two months as long as it turns on. And every time I reported the issue, they just turn it off without letting me know whether if the electrician can completely solve the issue. Later on, at a random day, the electrician stopped by and told me the machine needs to work 24/7. The set up the machine properly and they do not have to care about the noise issue I'm having in my unit. This is totally rediculous and insane. The community then told me they cannot do anything at this point and machine must run NOW no matter what. What are you talking about? How come you are asking a noise sensitive person to sleep under a loud machine? Why don't you tell me the truth on the first day/during the room tour? I will not even bother to spend any time move into this place. As for now, most likely I will be involuntarily forced to move out. Yeah, I also need mention that they told me the machine set a timer to run from 7am to 7pm after the discussion. I made the concession as I'm tired to report this back-and-forth issue. However, it runs again the next day during the mid-night. This is really a JOKE. What did you communicate with the electrician and what did you promise to me for the machine running time. I reported to the service line and the answer is they cannot fix anything now. I will have to undertake the noise overnight again. I had NEVER EVER seen such irresponsible team. The entire conversation is just useless. I cannot even sleep at my own place. I just share this horrible experience with the public.

My home is amazing. I live in a safe and secured community. There is 24 hour security in the building, plus the neighborhood is safe, clean, and there are many fun local places. The building has a bbq area which is perfect for holiday grilling with friends and family. There are many awesome lounges to sit at and study or work and enjoy a nice city view. There is a lobby with pool table that my girlfriend and I like to play at a lot. And the fitness center is perfect! Plus, i have a personal washer and dryer and i never have to go to public laundromats again! The building staff is really nice, friendly, and welcoming. I feel very happy and comfortable here. I recommend this place to all of my friends and it is a perfect home for anyone working remotely.

The facility itself is excellent, featuring a responsive staff and a strong sense of security.

The exceptional community and leasing staff have streamlined the touring, application, and move-in processes. The environment is tranquil, with respectful residents. The amenities are superb, and the management diligently maintains the common areas' cleanliness. Thus far, I'd highly recommend residing here.

I have numerous reasons for choosing to reside here, with the main attractions being the well-maintained grounds, the zen oasis area, the gym, the dog spa, and the dog park. Furthermore, the exceptional maintenance team is always readily available to assist when needed.

Last week my husband and I stopped by Rinrose in Pasadena to look at the two bedroom apartments. The property is very nice, everything is kept really clean. I work from so having great meeting spaces downstairs is nice. The leasing office is full of nice people who helped us in a quick timely manner and they’re pet friendly !!

I moved here in June and have been so content to call it home! It is a very new community, and everything looks very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Amenities are great, and common areas are always very clean and well-maintained. The mountain view when facing north is one of my favorite things about the Rinrose. The leasing staff, especially Ivan and Maritza, have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist, especially during the move-in process, have made settling in a breeze.

We love the Rinrose! My partner and I just moved in about a month ago and we are so happy about our decision. When we first toured at the Rinrose, Lorena was so nice and helped answer all of our questions super quickly. When move in day came around, Maritza made the transition super easy. We love our new home and the amenities are really nice and well kept. Not to mention the location is awesome, great views of the mountains!

The RinRose is a very beautiful apartment community. I instantly fell in love with the building as soon as I walked in. The apartment units are nice and spacious. The common areas are so beautiful. I love that there are multiple kitchen areas so that you don't feel crowded by other tenants that are entertaining guests. They even have a recording booth for those that podcast or make music, etc! From start to finish I have been able to be in contact with the leasing office and they have done an amazing job at being available answering any questions I've had, which is very important to me. They also have onsite security, which was another big deal for me. Lorena, was extremely helpful even though I had a thousand questions lol. She never made me feel as if I was bothersome. If you're looking for an apartment community to call home, I would look no further than The RinRose!

Living here is a joy. It's beautiful. I can't say enough about how awesome the management team is. The are so attentive and kind! Especially Ivan. He is a treat honestly!

The building managers & maintenance crew are always available & happy to help when needed & so much more! I highly recommend RinRose!

The entire team is super helpful and courteous and made my move-in experience a pleasant one (as pleasant as moving can be...lol). The apartment itself is great. From the mountain views to stand-in shower, the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and check them out for yourself. You won't regret it!
