The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ringgold Park
The management is very helpful and actually care about us tenants. Maintenance as well. The place is very well maintained, and work orders get completed quickly. It is a peaceful and affordable place to live.
They say the offer certain amenities, but this is very misleading. So let’s address them in order. 1: The most blatant one office manager on site. This one is a half truth because when she is in the office she never EVER answers the phone, and the office has been closed for well over a year due to Covid restrictions. Now I understand the need to stay safe, but we should be able to at least have our concerns addressed in person, and definitely over the phone. Instead you have to play tag with multiple emails being sent out. 2: Maintenance staff on site. This is a flat out lie, their is no maintenance personal on site. You have to send out a email(they don’t answer phone calls EVER), and they will set up a time. 3: Pet area for your pets. This is another half truth, because the one they advertise so heavily as being theirs belongs to the school, and is only available for tenets after school has dismissed. Lastly I know they don’t offer it, but for the price which has raised 4 times in my 2 1/2 years there, their should be a playground or something for families to do. Instead we get nothing. My advice save your money, and look for something offering a little more for a few dollars extra. I promise you will not regret it!
The property manager here has been great to work with from the initial application to leaving. If I didn't have to move out of the area for work I absolutely would have resigned for another year. Maintenance here does a great job at fixing anything quickly and efficiently too. The place was in great shape upon walking in the door and I've enjoyed my stay here.
