Property Ratings at Ridgewood of Perrysburg
Poor management and maintenance people. Several occasions when maintenance people came into our apartment when it was the wrong apartment they were called to (no knock, just unlocked our door and came in). None of the closet doors are the correct size nor do they work. Feel unsafe overall. High price for outdated area, appliances, and carpet.
I’ve lived in these apartments for almost a year now and it’s been awesome. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any situation, very quiet, only bad thing is that is apartments need updated to something a little more modern in my opinion. But the rent is amazing for the area
