Ridgewalk Apartments

As a resident who has never had issue i am very displeased and upset on how the new apartment manager handled my concern. She was no empathetic at all, i can understand she may deal with rude residents but when I'm being respectful and explaining a situation i expect a property manager to show concern and try and help. I did not get that. I got cold shoulder, standoffish and a non empathetic energy from the new apartment manager Vanessa. I am a very polite person, very respectful thats how i was raised, but when i called to see why i owe 81 dollars when i paid my rent in full, i was rudely told i payed on the 6th. I explained that my payment was not going thru the night before , they portal just kept loading and loading saying error and not taking my payment. I tried my payment again a few hours later around 7am that morning, payment went thru. But since my payment was not processing with the portal. I am at fault. I asked if i could have it waived but she rudely responded with i paid a day late not even caring about why i didn’t make the payment the night before. I don’t believe managers should handle residence in that manor especially when i am being very polite. I have contacted corporate in this matter and I'm waiting to hear back. Maybe someone in corporate can understand with a better tone and have empathy for a respectful resident.

I have lived here for the past five years and I don’t have any complaints. The staff here is always friendly and willing to help you how ever they can. DeDe is wonderful and very understanding and willing to listen and help you however she can. I enjoy living here with with my fan

Live here for 3 years. Black mold was growing all over our apartment, bugs everywhere, loud neighbors, never any parking, and dog crap all over the place. The leasing office was rude to us every time we had to talk to them, even though we were never late on rent and always picked up after our pets. You be desperate for a place to live, but trust me and keep looking. My cat almost died because of the mold.

Ridgewalk Apartments offers exceptional customer service, above level maintenance and in my opinion, have undoubtedly become AGPM's best Atlanta location! As a renter of AGPM’s Ridgewalk Apartments for almost six years, I must say that I feel as if I am living a dream. My living experience here has always been exceptional! Retroactively, even from the first day that I took my walk-thru, it was crystal clear that AGPM’s Ridgewalk Apartments’ Woodstock, GA location had noticeably improved upon AGPM's standard customer attractions and amenities. This gated community is inclusive of spacious apartment living, up-to-date appliances and a garden tub in every master. Ridgewalk is a professionally landscaped community that includes a playground for the kids, a BBQ picnic area and a tennis court! Might I add that Ridgewalk’s modern clubhouse campus also includes a work station, a gym, a gigantic pool, annnnnnnnnnd,.. a basketball court. That’s right, a BASKETBALL COURT! More importantly, one of AGPM’s most outstanding employee’s is their Property Manager, Ms. Dee, at AGPM’s Ridgewalk Apartments in Woodstock, GA. Each time that I've visited the leasing office, I've always seen just how hard Ms. Dee works to make sure that, not just their prospective renters, but ALL of her guests are taken care of and that were all happy with our choice to stay at Ridgewalk Apartments. It is really quite refreshing to see someone who is genuinely happy to do great job at servicing others whilst also making a great example for her team. The level of customer service, Ms. Dee consistent level of customer service is rarely seen these days, let alone in the real estate management environment where personnel are historically only excited to see potential renters.. I'm really not sure where you all found her but I'd strongly suggest that you all do what you can to keep her. Her professionalism, efficiency and follow-thru levels are golden & should be recognized and treasured. Congrats to all the corporate folks at AGPM because you all are leading the industry by example. And, I just had to let you know that you all got this one right!

This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. We lived here for about a year and a half before we broke our lease early due to job relocation. We understood that to do so, we had to give a 60 day notice and pay an additional month's rent for breaking the lease. We followed this process, however, I had months and months of headache dealing with the front office. They told me that they misplaced my money, then accused me of lying and it was like pulling teeth trying to get into contact with someone. It has been over 2 years since we moved out and I am still dealing with this issue because of lack of communication on their end. I have never dealt with such ignorance and shadiness in a business. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them. The apartments were not worth the money, either. They failed to keep up with maintenance. However, we stuck it out as long as we did until we found something else. As residents, we always followed the rules, made payments on time and thought we had good relations with the staff. I am extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated with the way our situation has been handled.

I think Ridgewalk apartments are a great value for what you get for the money. Nice floor plans. Great spaces.The community is safe, well kept, and has nice amenities, and also in a great location. They are located right by the Outlets of Atlanta. I had a wonderful experience with Andre one of the leasing agents, very professional, efficient and personable. The entire staff was the same way, not just with prospective tenants but with old residents as well. The area is great, located in a wonderful school district and minutes away from shopping and the city.

My husband was weeks away from returning home from his army AIT school and for the past 6 months while he was gone I was staying with my in laws with our two little boys and COULD NOT wait to move out! I saw a commercial for apartments.com and got on immediately. I saw my apartment complex minutes after logging in and i was in love. Me and my husband aren't ready to buy a house yet so we were looking for a safe and nice apartment complex for our boys and we were in luck. The area is AWESOME! The new outlets shops are walking distance and pretty much everything I need is right there! It's gated which makes us feel safe and the pool and gym are awesome! There's even a side room so my boys can play while i get my workout in! The little play ground is perfect and my 1 year old could spend hours just running around there. We live in a two bedroom two bath with a sunroom! We thought it would be too small but when they showed us it was perfect! The rooms are very spacious and there's lots of storage space everywhere! The bathrooms are huge and the tubs are perfect for end of the day bubble baths! I am very satisfied with my finding on apartments.com!

a family complex, gated community with playground, tennis court, inside gym and swimming pool. very quiet and clean.

i love the service of the leasing agents. They are always available when you need them.

The office staff are always helpful and have been willing to offer resources and guidance when needed. You couldn't ask for a better place to live.
